I wish I could rate higher. I had Easy Bath LLC redo / update a shower stall in the master bathroom. - The existing masterbath is real marble with all Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures, with: - Dual facing marble counters separated by center of room wall with all matching Kohler Devonshire polished brass sink, Jacuzzi tub and shower stall hardware. - Twin his & her matching walk-in closets - Separate standalone toilet room with sliding door - Free standing bidet Several issues. We only updated the shower stall. The previous shower stall had Kohler Devonshire polished brass fixtures. Easy Bath was to replace the shower stall walls (with new acrylic) & new floor base, brass shower trim on shower stall and plumbing. I made sure that they knew the existing shower drain was leaking down into the basement / and down into the basement - furnace room. Mike "assured me" he understood what I was saying and this would be corrected. I am pretty certain that they didn't bother to go down in the basement to see what I was talking about. The first issue was that the job description stated that the frame on the new shower stall + door was to be brass / gold color. When I came in later the day of the install they had installed a shower stall / door with chrome trim. They tried to argue that it was "gold color" - but it was not. I made them remove the shower stall and replace with the correct trim we had agreed ... brass / gold color finish ... match the Kohler Devonshire plumbing hardware I specified the model of Kohler shower hardware (handle + shower spray) and they did install correct Kohler items with polished brass finish. At the end of the job I pointed out that trim around the shower close to the shower door needed to be adjusted / painted due to damage. This was never completely corrected ... issue was that a towel rack next to the shower stall should have been removed and the wall around that area should have been painted. I had to have a handyman come in and fix it. In all I had to have them come back four times (including the initial install) in order to complete the job. Now I am seeing that the caulk along the shower base and the acrylic wall is failing / faulty in at least one place leaving a gap that water can drop into. I will have to have a handyman come in and recaulk this. read more

This company was hired to do a shower conversion of my main bathroom to start on July 7, 2022. My wife and I were told by Michael Grafton that it would be a 2 - day job which turned into six days: July 7 - Work was supposed to start at 9am. Workers did not show so I sent a text to the owner inquiring about the time. I never received a response from him. They eventually showed up at 12:30pm. They tore out the tub and shower (about 25 minutes) and left for the day. July 8 - Friday's start time was 9am, they showed up at 10:30am and worked 2 hours. They took a 1-hour lunch and worked 1 hour when they returned. I was told they couldn't finish and would have to return Monday because his son had a baseball game on Saturday! I did not receive a call from the owner or his son about this situation. July 9 and 10 - No work, Full household with one shower July 11 - Arrived Monday at 915am. At 11am I am told parts are missing and would have to come back Tuesday. July 12 - I had to leave work Tuesday to get this completed. When they so called finished up, my wife checked, and they had forgot to finish the grab bars! My new bathroom wall opposite the shower is full of marks and smudges! My wife had to call them back inside the bathroom! I sent a text to Mike Grafton on July 11. He finally responded with the same COVID excuse that appears in other reviews submitted weeks ago. He didn't know what was going on?? I told him I expected to be compensated for missed work and inconvenience to my family. He stated of course compensation would occur and he would call us back. We have not heard from Mike or his son. Beware of this shady company. read more

Had a shower and vanity installed in December 2019. Nothing but issues since then- shower hardware not installed properly; leak into my crawl space twice. Now the shower door is not fitting properly and there is leakage. They scheduled a repair and decided to show up early - I wasn't home yet. Our appointment was for 3:30, not 1 pm. Told them that I wasn't available until after 3 and Mike ( the owner) said perfect. No call back yet. Every time I've called for them to repair, it takes forever to get a call back. We spent $5K on this shower and their customer service is piss poor. They are absolutely horrible. read more

Do not use this company!!!! They do not have any regard for the customer or their timeframes, and they do not make good on their promises. They also believe that women are stupid and will believe anything. I was told my job (a brand new shower) would be completed on a Monday and Tuesday. They showed up Monday, worked a couple of hours, then left. Did not show up Tuesday after calling, saying they had to repair an old job. They showed up Wednesday, left for a 1.5-hour lunch, then found out the wrong piece was loaded onto the truck, so haq to drive about 45 mins each way to get the new one. I was expecting out of town company that evening at 6 p.m. who would use the bathroom and bedroom attached, now covered in dust and dirt. Remember, the job was supposed to have been done the day before, so I was not cutting it close. Here's the real problem with this company: one of their big selling points was that they take it down to the "studs." they tell you that they will remove all drywall and replace it with moisture-resistant drywall. That is their big selling point, and I was told this three times - once by the owner and twice by the son who did not care about my inconvenience at all. I did not see any drywall removed the first day, so I called them to ask why. They said on the phone that yes, they do, it will be done. When it didn't happen the second day, they told me I misunderstood! That they don't always take it down to the studs and replace drywall. They said I misunderstood - you know, being a stupid woman and all. Instead, they used cheap plywood over the old tile. Yet, they had the nerve to tell me I misunderstood. I have it on good authority that they know they are lying but use this as a selling point, hoping people do not question it. I questioned it. These people try to act like nice guys that care about you, and they will put on an act worthy of an academy award. The real truth is that they are no better than your average grifter, and I will see how long this shower lasts. Do not be fooled by their phone quotes or their lower prices. You will be misled, and it's the customer who will always suffer. Run from this company as fast as you can. read more

We had this company install a new walk in shower surround with glass door in the master bathroom in 2017. Fast forward to 2020, the inside door handle has fallen off (installed with double sided tape) we have severe water damage in front of the shower due to the incorrect lip being installed to stop the water from splashing out. (We only found this because I was tearing out the old floor to install new. The water damage/ stains wrap from the front of the shower, under the garden tub framework and into the linen closet.) We called to see if this was covered under warranty, they came out and looked said they would take care of the lip and handle and advised us to call home owners insurance regarding the water damage. A a couple weeks go by, we call to ask when we can set up an appointment to have things taken care of so that I can finish the floor install, only to be told they have FED EX'd us the part to install ourselves. We received the lip from Fed Ex, install is no big deal, it just slides on the bottom of the door, however it is two feet longer than we need, so now I have to take a chance and try to cut this damn thing without damaging it. The door handle still hasn't been fixed and the bottom of the framework has come loose. At this point we are now being ignored. My wife has called and emailed with no response from the company. Just be careful, the "limited warranty" is just that. read more

This company was excellent. I got 6 different quotes for the same job and they were much cheaper using the same acrylic as the competitors. The shower is beautiful. Their employees were extremely efficient, conciensious and very personalble. the owner is Mike G. and he is a down to earth honest contractor, something hard to find. He also allowed me to buy my own vanity and toilet and installed them at an extremely reasonable labor cost as well. Whenever you get quotes for a bathroom, make sure you call him before making a decision. read more
