Was hired as a customer service rep. Left a good position. Took a bunch of test, passed with a 98%. Went to weeks of classes. Took another test. They said I didn't pass. Was not asked to come back. Requested from human resources to see my test (3 times). Did not hear back from them They preach a good game, but do not act upon it. Future candidates beware, of shoddy showmanship. They say that employees are their best asset, but in reality, treat them like dirt. I don't recommended RESTORATION HARDWARE!!! It is the last place you want to work. read more
