I've never had a worse experience when receiving a product. Had to pay $79 dollars for a local…read moredelivery (would normally be free at Home Depot). The day the product was supposed to arrive no one showed. No one called no one helped. I called customer service and waited 45 minutes for them to transfer me to their shady 3rd party delivery service. 3rd party delivery service told me my order had been cancelled and that I needed to call Lowe's back. Got a call from the local delivery coordinator the next morning telling me my delivery driver had broken his ankle the previous day and wanted to reschedule for the next day. He was supposed to call me and let me know if it was not going to arrive by a certain time so that I could coordinate for alternate pick up as I had coordinated to install the item at a certain time. I received no call and a notification after hours that my delivery was set after the time period of which the service rep agreed to meet, or let me know if he couldn't. This company is an absolute joke. Their employees lack any shred of integrity, work ethic, or pride. Don't waste your time or money here. In case anyone's wondering... I still don't have the product I ordered and paid an exorbitant amount in shipping for.

He removed my old rollers so that I could sent them in, re-screened the door at a reasonable price, and put the new rollers on when they arrived. Winter is coming. But nowhere else seems to have it yet. Anyway, they have a ton. Come down here if you need it (winter 2024.) Every employee was helpful and friendly. They have the usual small hardware store selection of other things. I looked at a couple of things I might need eventually. Prices are a little higher than they will be at big box stores, but they actually had what I needed and helped me get it. This is off my beaten path, but handy today, and I will keep it in mind next time I have a project.
