Next time I come in there I'm going to make you famous on TikTok Mr. "owner". I've been reading a lot lately that the owner of the store is extremely rude and I can say and vouch that those reviews are true! The owner is not helpful He's condescending and unapproachable. If this is truly a family-owned business then that means that the owner is a Zettler, right? I'm curious do all the other Zettler hardware stores treat their customers and employees as rude as this "owner" did? Best to steer clear!!

Unfortunately, that experience fell far short of expectations. Our licensed contractor was followed continuously throughout the store while shopping for materials. The behavior was obvious, uncomfortable, and completely unwarranted. In today's environment, it is disappointing to see a professional customer made to feel unwelcome or under suspicion--especially one there to spend a significant amount of money. Because of this experience, we will no longer be using this Ace Hardware location for this project or future work.
