Plenty of beautiful, ordinary, hanging baskets but if I want ordinary, then I'm heading to the Amish auction. It is a $$$ place which is bad for me. I usually kill plants, quickly. Still the place is full of plants with just about anything else you could want, except a chenille plant. One negative, not in their control, you must cross a VERY VERY BUSY 33. Like there are no openings and you have to gun it and cross the road in halves. Leaving, I refused to reverse myself and cross 33 so I just turned left on this small road and let the GPS do its thing. I think Dill's is worth a look if you are in the area. It is a little too pricey for black thumb me and I don't like crossing busy 33.

A nice young woman pointed me towards where they were, but I was still lost. Then I saw her again with another older lady and this lady walked me into the room and found what they had available. She apologized and said they should have found her to help me in the first place. This is the second time I've been here in the last month, and I enjoyed the large gift shop the first time. Otherwise, our experience was overwhelmingly subpar for the investment. We asked for a simple front yard landscaping revamp. There were more misses than wins with the overall delivery: 1) Design proposal took longer than quoted (no big deal, I know they're busy), and was missing a key part we originally asked for (and got an "oops sorry, here's a haphazard fix"). Design still lacked some our accessory asks, but we decided to disregard those anyway. I feel as though our vision wasn't heard and believe me, I am an over-communicator. Maybe budget was an unspoken obstacle? But if so, it should have been communicated - we were flexible! 2) The install day was never scheduled, and the install team showed up unannounced without designer oversight as promised. Luckily I was able to arrange to stay home for the install. 3) We were charged for new plants, that we didn't receive. Instead they "transplanted" our dead plants that looked awful (these were the reason we were investing in new landscaping altogether). 4) Old random foliage and plants were left in our landscape (likely with intention, because they planted the new around them which threw off spacing). 5) Some plants did not take and remained weed-y, even with frequent and appropriate watering. When addressed, we were told we were not watering enough... doubt it, but ok. See photos. I'm shocked they thought this was acceptable, and didn't ask how to handle if there was question at the time of install. We ended up needing to replant about half of the overall work ourselves. Old plant concerns were remedied on our invoice, and follow-up communication was prompt from the designer at least. Won't re-engage.

Removing the old top I tore the drywall paper. It was a stupid, careless mistake on my part. I took the attached piece of drywall paper colored to the wall paint I wanted to match to the Paint Department at Home Depot. Enter Anne who was working that evening. She took my sample and perfectly matched a new gallon of paint to my 30 year old walls!! I thought I would need to repaint this entire section but all I did was touch up where I had patched. The last time I went, they sold me the soil even though they did not have it. Normally, you pay and drive to the yard and they load it. This time the people in the yard ignored me, so I waited for a while (cars lining up behind me) and finally went in the back door for assistance. The clerk came out and they told me they didn't have it. They couldn't refund my money because they didn't have the "code". I would have to call their corporate office (but they could not give me that number-- they said I could look it up) or I could "come back some other time.' They don't care about their customers or providing good service.

I ordered their bulk topsoil and it was basically mulch. It smelled like mulch, looked like mulch,…read moreand it burns (very dry). When I took them a sample, they told me it was their topsoil. Do not buy their topsoil, however it would make great ground cover, aka mulch. The picture shows what they delivered on the left, and what i pulled from their top soil bin. They told me they were the same. The one on the right clumps and holds together. The one on the left will not clump and doubt plants could hold root in it. Additionally, the call center has said a manager would call me back. After multiple attempts at calling I have not heard from a manager. They do not care.
