The store used to be a Montgomery Ward or JC Penney back in the 50's. There are two floors and you have to use the stairs to get up there.

Most of the items, especially those at the outdoor booths, were new branded goods and not heavily discounted. For example, a product from Bath & Body Works that normally costs 18$ might be sold for 12$. The indoor section followed the same pattern with most items displayed behind glass cases, limiting the hands-on shopping experience. Despite these differences, I still managed to find some great bargains and had an enjoyable time overall.

We also went to Lowes and sat down with the bathroom design guy there, but we were frustrated with the lack of available options. Lowes literally only has 5 cabinet options to chose from. When we walked into Discount Granite, Mark sat down and talked us though our cabinet options, and we walked around their warehouse and looked at a bunch of beautiful slabs of granite and marble they have there for you to see and touch. It was a completely different experience than going to Lowes or fooling around online, and Mark's expertise and suggestions were invaluable along the way. Now we have a beautiful, modern, custom designed vanity cabinet with a perfectly cut black granite custom countertop, and it actually cost less than some of the pre-made stuff my wife was looking at online. If you are fooling around online looking at vanities or kitchen cabinets you should check this place out, they will save you time and help you decide!

I didn't write a review. last week, after the deluge, our new carpet in the basement was damp in a couple of places. after dry vacuuming, it was better and we left strong fans going. stil, this week, it was damp. I called our contact at the store, Lisa, and she encouraged me to call Mike. she gave me his cell phone number at 620 pm tonight, he came over and showed us the reason it was still a little damp. we had very good padding that insured that the carpet would not get ruined-but beneath the padding the floor remained wet. He cut out several feet of padding and said he would get back to us to replace it in a couple of days. When people tell you to support small family businesses, do it. Evans did their job in July. They sold good carpet and installed it. They had no responsibility to provide additional service--but they did!!! I cannot say enough about this store, their team and their work ethic. All my interactions with Granger and Fastenal has been pleasant and we have a good relationship. That being said, my conversation with kimball Midwest shows a stark difference between how this company does business vs their competitors. I do not know the quality of service this company provides. But based on the sub par communication, I think staffing conduct is indicative of business conduct.

I only used it one time for my 360 booth, and when I went to use it again, it would not charge or turn on at all. I returned to the wholesale location, and they sent me to a repair shop on High Street. That shop kept the iPad for a week, then told me they were unable to fix it and advised me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I returned the iPad, I was told they needed to order a part and would contact me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. I never received a call or update. The only way I found out anything was by calling them myself. I spent a lot of money on this iPad and was only able to use it once. I will never purchase another item from them. Do not patronize this store it is a scam.
