All my interactions with Granger and Fastenal has been pleasant and we have a good relationship. That being said, my conversation with kimball Midwest shows a stark difference between how this company does business vs their competitors. I do not know the quality of service this company provides. But based on the sub par communication, I think staffing conduct is indicative of business conduct.

I returned to the wholesale location, and they sent me to a repair shop on High Street. That shop kept the iPad for a week, then told me they were unable to fix it and advised me to take it back to the store where I purchased it. When I returned the iPad, I was told they needed to order a part and would contact me when it came in. That was three weeks ago. I never received a call or update.
