Not honoring appointments

Be aware that they are not honoring passport appointments. I have received no calls or messages confirming my appointment, despite leaving numerous voicemails requesting confirmation. Not only did they not respond to my voicemails, but they were also extremely rude and condescending when I finally spoke to someone.

Christmas holiday hours.
Tom H.

Open 7 days a week for 70 hours. This has been ideal convenience for selling and shipping. Post office boxes. Shipping supplies. Electronic scale with postage purchasing. Clerks available for help during posted hours. They have always been friendly and helpful. I give them a lot of credit for attending to some of the patrons in line. During Christmas time, I saw someone put a toy on the counter to ship. No box or packing with an incomplete address. A delivery deadline that is laughable. They must think they are Santa. There's no one else I can give a letter and $0.50 to take my letter cross country in 2 days. I think much of peoples hatred toward the post office is based on what lands in their own mailbox. The ratio of bills to income is lopsided. Add in junk mail and political propaganda, and you see red. Lighted parking lot with drive up mailbox's. Well lit lobby and cameras for a secure environment.

Omg. Best location when you're needing some stamps or what not, later than normal hours.

This is a distribution center, not a retail Post Office. The do have mailboxes outside to send letters, but there is no service lobby.

The PO does it's job... sends my packages, and sells me stamps…read more Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem annoyed anytime you need help, or to purchase stamps. Hint: a smile goes a long way

I am so hurt by the way I was treated this afternoon. I walked in the post office 5 minutes before…read morethey closed to drop off my packages that I already had labeled. I only needed to drop them off at the counter which would have taken all of 30 seconds. I walked in and went to open the divider which was already shut (which didn't seem strange since the were about to close) and the guy at the counter yells at me (in front of everyone) YOU BETTER NOT TOUCH MY DOOR. Not only was I embarrassed, I was so hurt that he would speak to me in a such manner. I didn't not touch the door / diver and I asked three times if could drop my boxes off at the counter. I was ignored each time by both staffers. He finally asked if I already paid for postage and I said yes, to which he finally gave me permission to come in (mind you the post office is not yet close) I go in and tell both staffer that I understand they are probably ready to leave, but it's wrong to treat customers so poorly. The woman at the desk then goes to tell me I better be happy he gave me permission to come in. At this point I knew I was going to contact whoever was over this particular post office so I asked for their names. She didn't give them which I understand, but goes to tell me "in a matter of fact" tone that I can speak to the manager Stephany. Now I'm thinking If your so eager for me to speak to Stephany, Stephany's work ethic is probably just as poor as yours. And I was right. She completely dismissed my complaints and defended her staff rude behavior. As I'm leaving the guy (who yelled at me) sarcastically tells me to have a good day. I explained to him how hurt I was by how he treated me, and after go back and forth he did apologize which I do appreciate. But I couldn't not believe I was treated so terribly and then lied on when told Stephanie I pretty much tried to "break in" again, the post office still is not closed. The main door was unlocked, they only had the diver shut. I will continue to go to my normal post office and hope I never have to step foot in this one, and if I do I hope I don't have to see any of the three people who were there working today. It's never okay to yell, belittle and embarrass someone who did absolutely nothing wrong.
