Despite this, when it came time to settle the bill, the movers claimed the quote only included FIVE boxes--when in reality they moved well over 100--and that the walking distance was underestimated (100ft vs. 300ft). A two bedroom apartment with only five boxes? Seriously?! They tried to up charge us by more than $700 at the very last second, after everything was already off the truck. When I called Ramon, he was nothing like the friendly guy who came out originally. Instead, he acted clueless, dismissive, and nothing like the guy I first met. On top of that, once we started unpacking, we realized some boxes were missing entirely, and our beige couch had been delivered with stains. They had wrapped the mattresses, but not the couch--an obvious oversight. When I complained, they offered me a laughable $50 credit. After pushing back, they grudgingly increased it to $100, which doesn't even begin to cover the hassle and damage. Between the attempted last-minute price gouging, the lost boxes, the damaged furniture, and the dismissive attitude, I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I told her what I needed, she provided me with a label to fill out, I told her how I wanted it shipped, she gave me a receipt, and I was on my way. Everything went as smooth as could be. It's a small shop located in a small strip shopping center at the south west corner of Morse & Hamilton Roads, just south of Max & Erma's and Huntington Bank. They ship anything and everything. They even have a sign saying that they ship furniture! They were nice, they were quick, they were convenient. Yep, gonna use them again!

June 2, 2024 After several phone calls to EE Ward in Grove City, my nephews and I agreed to a crew returning to the house to place the boxes in their respective places (bedroom, basement). My nephews and I cleaned the cat litter issues. While on the phone, my nephew explained that I am elderly and disabled, and he is recovering from lung cancer. The only thing I would say that was a negative was I had to call three weeks in advance to schedule. But that was fine since we had 30 days to close on our home. It's summer, I get it. But the movers who showed up were incredible. Our driver Jake made sure all our floors were covered with mats or cardboard so we didn't get scratches. This was great because our floors in Columbus were brand new! We tipped each guy $100 since they were so good. They wore masks which my wife appreciated as well.
