We signed a 2 year contract for a buy one get one iPhone 13 Pro and 13 Mini. They say our bill will be high the first few months as the whole setup cost settles, "sure, that tracks." 6 months later our bill has only gone up. We finally have had enough of waiting for it to settle, go take another look at the numbers. Turns out that we're paying for both the iPhones. BOGO was BS. No fine print, just lies and practical robbery. I'd say it's my fault for not being more cautious but I'd be wrong. TL;DR: This is a fake Verizon, go to a real one and ask if they are a subcontractor or corporate (you want corporate) unless you want to get scammed.

I have two watches that need batteries changed please. "Ok, leave them here and we'll get to them when we can and not so busy in about an hour. $14.99 per battery installed." Really? I'm next in line. "Yeah, sorry. They're not even doing batteries today next door at Dunkin's." No thanks. I guess my $35 doesn't add up like your "possible" diamond ring sale from the young couple who came in after me. Bottom line? Screw them. #dunkindiamonds across the way DID change both batteries for me, next in line and, with a lifetime FREE replacement on both! Also, Dunkin's is semi locally owned with only 5 stores across a few States. To hell with #kayjewellers

He said he would replace the back glass on the phone and nothing more. I said I wasn't trying to gouge him I was just hoping he would, at least, give me the $20 it took to get there and home. He snapped the back glass onto my phone and handed it to me and told me to have a nice day. I told him the same and told him to read the review and he said he would.
