I worked in IT and rarely need any IT support. We had a project: my son wanted to build his own…read moregaming rig, and ordered all the parts. We needed a place to assemble (at home we have cats, less than optimal), and Jeff was nice enough to provide space and oversight in case we got into trouble. That is very different from the normal serivces they offer! We did get into trouble: a bad CPU and a faulty motherboard. After replacements we successfully completed the build. His advice was spot on, and he checked our progress from time to time to advise and ensure we did not misfire. During the time I saw people pick up and drop off systems, heard him give customers GOOD advice, and always in a friendly and professional manner. I can recommend this shop highly.

horrible experience. went in at about 7:00 to print a couple pictures as a gift for mother's day…read more this guy just asked us how many we wanted printed and we told him three, and he just kept getting the number wrong. wasn't the worst thing about this trip though. the guy was kind of condescending about our picture choice which was very unprofessional. then sent the pictures to the wrong printer, and then had to do it all over again and sent it to the correct one. after our pictures were printed, he then continued to tell us that the printer he used want the greatest with color, and said that the other printer would've been better but a little more pricy (and we weren't offered that option). why weren't we aware that they could've been better? and then try to charge us $1.25 for cutting it out? please!

Mail Center Plus refuses to give any type of proof of having dropped it there for FedEx to return. When requested, the answer was "we don't give receipts for drop-offs". When I asked just for proof, I was told "you're welcome to go the the FedEx office", which is in Warwood. UPS store on Washington Ave will always provide proof of drop-off. Again, we trust the local shipping store. We cannot trust the big corporations to care whether we say we dropped it or not.
