Just dropped off my package at 6:30 pm and it was a ghost town! In and out in a minute. I also like this one because they have the self serve kiosk and a 24 hr lobby area. If you are tech savvy and can use the machine you can come whenever you want, but the package slot can sometimes get stuck when it's full. My recommendation is to come while staffed but an hour before it closes. If you're looking for a PO Box I don't think they have any available (must be a premium because I've been checking for the past 6 months).
