    This is the worst customer experience I think I've ever experienced, to the degree I'm worried I got scammed. Ordered an lg TV and had a delivery date for Saturday 11/9. Friday 11/8 I get a text to schedule delivery and they had THREE options in their entire calendar in JANUARY. So first I try their text chat support. "John Louis S." asked if he could call me and talk instead of text chat and I said sure (I have a screenshot). He ended the chat and never ever called me. So then I call their phone. International call center, tried to call the local hub but said she got routed. Said she'd email them and get a better date and email me. Still no reply. So I call lg partner store. International as well. She says she will email rxo corporate and to get me a date. Hours later STILL NOTHING. Hell, I'm thinking about driving to the hub and seeing if they will just hand it to me. I had told her if they can't get it here in the next couple weeks I couldn't miss black Friday deals and I'd have to cancel the order and she told me a bunch of stuff I couldn't really understand except for the end where she said for whatever reason I'd have to process the cancellation with rxo... Which after wasting my entire Friday trying to get this TV scheduled, I don't even think would work. I might have to chargeback. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

    My fourth experience... Third time with this one appliance... Company shows up parts in front of the neighbors house no half an hour warning. Leaves. 10 minutes later I get a text message that they'll see me in 30 minutes. After an hour I call the one 800 number and I'm told they have marked the delivery is not at home. My security camera shows no one even coming onto my porch or knocking on the door which doesn't surprise me since I was in the living room. This follows three other deplorable experiences and the managers inability to be a man grab his nuts and give me a call

    RXO is the default delivery service for QVC. We ordered a Serta king-size mattress which included "white-glove" service of delivery and installation of the new mattress and removal of our old one. The only stipulation on QVC was that they wouldn't deliver to the third floor. Ok, that's reasonable, we live in a ranch house. RXO's website stipulates weight limits on the street, clearance for overhead wires and that they will only remove comparable items to what is being delivered and set-up. If you get a mattress, they'll only haul away your mattress , not your mattress and box springs. No mention from either QVC or RXO about not removing any mattress that RXO deems "stained". You tell me if there is any 15 year old mattress that doesn't have "stains". I'm disabled but not bed-ridden. Sweat and body oils inevitably cause darkening over 15 years. RXO said in our tracking text message that our delivery window would be between 9:00am and 1:00pm and that they wouldn't deliver call us 30 minutes before arriving. They arrived, carrying our new mattress promptly at 9:30, no call. Ok, fine. They placed the king-size mattress a foot inside our front door, looked into our bedroom and asked if we wanted the mattress in the bedroom. We said yes and thank you for removing our old one. He stated that they don't do that. We told him that that was included in the price. He said in a snippy voice "do you want the mattress or not?" We said of course but what about removal and set-up? He said let me go to the van and make a call. By the way, they arrived in a rental truck and showed no I.D. They entered their truck and immediately drove away! The mattress which was left leaning against our recliners, by this time had slid against our curio cabinets and was blocking our front door! I spent over three hours talking or on hold trying to get an explanation as to why we didn't receive the service we paid for. Finally, over six hours later, we received a call back and were told they won't touch a stained mattress! She also stated that even though they wouldn't take away the "bio-hazard", they should have at least set-up our new mattress! Crazy double talk! We are done buying from QVC and will never, ever buy from any vendor that uses RXO Transport for delivery! How does this clown-show even stay in business when they treat their customers like this? Thankfully, our son helped remove and install our mattress. We had to pay 1-800-Got-Junk to come and remove our old mattress

    They showed up exactly when they were supposed to and gave me a call 30 minutes before they arrived. They assembled my Peloton Tread+ efficiently and well and were very kind and courteous.

What should have been a simple one‑hour task turned into a five‑hour marathon involving multiple stores, hunting down ice, Ziploc bags, a styrofoam cooler, and then getting everything shipped out on time at FedEx -- on a Friday, no less. Throughout the entire process, he kept me fully updated, sending photos and communicating every step so I never had to wonder what was happening. His professionalism, patience, and work ethic were truly outstanding. Anyone else would have told me this was too much or simply walked away, but Stanford stayed committed and handled everything with a calm, can‑do attitude.     I needed six cabinets moved from the apartment of my mom who recently passed away. After the price…read morewas already negotiated, a very reasonable price at that, I also asked if they could drop off one of the cabinets and a couch across the street. They were so very accommodating, did not charge me for an extra stop, and were kind, polite and helpful. It was also one of the hottest days this year, and the heat was suffocating. I have a lot of moving and cleaning to be done soon, and I will definitely be hiring them again.
