Ordered a Samsung fridge, dishwasher, stove, washer and dryer. Delivery on 12/27. Got the delivery window, no one showed up. I called customer service and it's somewhere offshore and no one could tell me why I wasn't told the delivery wasn't happening. Cannot get anyone at the actual facility as they refuse to give me a phone number for the Pittsburgh warehouse. I was told that they would attempt to request a delivery the following day, but that they are closed on Sunday. $10k in appliances are just sitting on a truck somewhere and I can't reach anyone. This is the worst customer experience I think I've ever experienced, to the degree I'm worried I got scammed. Ordered an lg TV and had a delivery date for Saturday 11/9. Friday 11/8 I get a text to schedule delivery and they had THREE options in their entire calendar in JANUARY. So first I try their text chat support. "John Louis S." asked if he could call me and talk instead of text chat and I said sure (I have a screenshot). He ended the chat and never ever called me. So then I call their phone. International call center, tried to call the local hub but said she got routed. Said she'd email them and get a better date and email me. Still no reply. So I call lg partner store. International as well. She says she will email rxo corporate and to get me a date. Hours later STILL NOTHING. Hell, I'm thinking about driving to the hub and seeing if they will just hand it to me. I had told her if they can't get it here in the next couple weeks I couldn't miss black Friday deals and I'd have to cancel the order and she told me a bunch of stuff I couldn't really understand except for the end where she said for whatever reason I'd have to process the cancellation with rxo... Terrible service!!! My window was today 3/10 between 3pm and 7pm. That would work great i would be home from work, WRONG! I didn't get a 30 minute text. I did get a call from a out of state number. I work at a school and can't answer phone. No message was left. I call the number back at 315pm. Thw driver stated "we had a delivery and if you would have answered your phone you would have gotten it. And Hung up on me. I call the 800 number. And told them I wanted to talk to the office in Oakdale. They never did but stated this shouldnt have happened. They weren't there in the window and the way they acted was out of line. The company is a joke the only good thing they have going for them are the very nice and helpful delivery guys. RXO canceled the delivery 5 times and drove passed my driveway once. Ten days later on a second actual delivery I had to chase the delivery truck down the road and make them turn around. It's January , of course there is snow on the driveway. I ordered a dishwasher from Samsung. When they delivered it they took it out of the box in the truck and one man carried the whole dishwasher by himself and almost dropped it as I saw my doorbell camera. Once I checked it out realized after they left that they did not give me the mounting hardware that goes with the dishwasher. The hardware was probably in the Styrofoam in the box which was still on the truck. But the next available date is the 18th, 8 days later, after my original expected delivery was the 3rd, and also when I won't be home from work. I was originally scheduled to receive an appliance delivery on a day in November. The online tracker they send you told me what the time window for delivery was and kept me updated on the progress that day. But then they just didn't show up. Zero communication, just a no-show. I waited a couple of days expecting a call or email to reschedule, but I received no contact. When I called LG (who sold the appliance and works with [owns???] RXO), I was able to reschedule but not for a few weeks. They could give me no explanation for what happened, even when I was connected to speak directly to a manager at RXO. They just said the notes said that delivery team had requested a reschedule. It took three or four calls, two completely unanswered email requests/complaints, and and at least five online chat attempts with LG and/or RXO over three weeks before I finally got the answer that the delivery team had had "app troubles" which led to the failed delivery. But I felt like if I hadn't reached out a few days after that no-show, LG would've just kept my money without ever delivering the appliance. Obviously, this is not only RXO's fault but LG's as well. Another sour experience was trying to use the RXO chat app. The agents responded extremely slowly after each text I sent, and twice while I was waiting for a response the system timed out and kicked me off, saying that I had not typed for the last couple minutes and so it assumed I was no longer on. But I had been the last one to enter text and was waiting on the RXO agent to respond! So the last time I ended up just having to type something like "Still here" every thirty seconds as I was waiting for the agent to respond. In the end, the agent was not helpful anyway, only telling me that I had already rescheduled as if the previous failure were irrelevant. In fairness, the rescheduled delivery went fine. Three guys showed up in a random Ryder truck with the appliance. It's clear that RXO just subcontracts delivery to different people, for better or worse. My suggestions for RXO: 1. When a scheduled delivery will not be completed, text, email, and make a voice phone call to let the customer know, to explain why, to apologize, and to reschedule. 2. In those cases, do whatever necessary to reschedule that delivery within the next three business days, even if it means paying overtime. I had to wait about three weeks for the next delivery date, when I had originally specifically made my order early enough that it would arrive when I had a need to use it. 3. Revamp your communications system, including your connections with LG. Respond to customer emails (that may have been more LG's fault than RXO's) and change your online chat system so that responses are faster and a customer doesn't get tuned out while waiting. And if that does happen, have a system in place to take them back to the agent they had been chatting with so the conversation doesn't have to totally restart. 4. Have your delivery employees have an official RXO badge or document that they immediately present upon arrival. Tell them to introduce themselves when arriving. read more

Courteous, Efficient, and Professional! I received a phone call, in conjunction with an email, stating that the delivery would be at my home in 15 minutes! The RXO Team Members arrived and within five minutes, had my old refrigerator loaded on their truck! Then they unboxed our New LG Refrigerator, and asked us to inspect it, which we did, then they moved it through the house and into our kitchen! They connected the power, water filter, and waterline, then checked it for leaks, there were none. Then, they instructed us on basic operation and what to expect in the first two days of operation! They took some photos of a job well done and asked us if we were satisfied, and if there were any questions! Everything went according to plan and we are so happy with our removal, delivery and install! Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by Thomas who told me that cancelling three times is unacceptable and that he would reach out to our local facility and try to get the delivery completed sooner. Unfortunately, this is just more lip service, as he eventually emailed about 5 hours later and stated that 12/19 is the earliest the local facility could do. It's strange that leaving a Yelp review is the only way to get an actual response from this company to begin with, and even when they try to act as if they'll do something to assist, they still don't actually do anything. The one-star review remains. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a delivery company (not sure how they even call themselves that since they don't actually ever deliver your product). I ordered a TV from LG on 11/26, and I received a notice on 12/4 from RXO that I should schedule my delivery. I scheduled it for 12/6. On 12/5, I received a text that my TV would be delivered between 3 and 7 PM on 12/6. On 12/6 around 6 PM, I received a text saying my item could not be delivered. I utilized RXO's chat and was told that this was due to a "time exception" and that I would be contacted to reschedule. Saturday, 12/7 around 7 AM, I received a text to choose a new delivery date. I chose Monday, 12/9. Sunday, 12/8 at 12:15, I received another text saying my order was delayed and I had to reschedule again. The soonest available date was Saturday, 12/14. I called RXO this time and was given the runaround by the first person I spoke with. I asked for a supervisor and was connected to "Nathaniel." Nathaniel told me that the route was already planned for Monday by the time I received the text to schedule on Saturday, so that's why they cancelled. He told me he would contact the local warehouse directly and find out if they could deliver the TV before Saturday, and he would get back to me by Tuesday at 3 PM. I never heard back from Nathaniel and decided to wait it out. Today is Friday, 12/13, and I just received yet another text that the delivery is delayed and cannot come tomorrow, 12/14. The next available date is Thursday, 12/19. This TV has now been sitting at this company's warehouse for almost two weeks, and I am doubtful they will ever actually deliver it. There is no way to get in touch with anyone directly, and despite numerous contacts with their call center customer service people, no one ever resolved my issue or followed through on even trying to resolve it. read more

I'm on the 5th attempt to have a treadmill delivered. 5th ATTEMPT! 3/4 prior attempts I received no call/text/email that they weren't coming only the next day to reschedule the delivery. You can only call the international call center that sends "urgent emails" to whoever in the local facility. I have had to takeoff work for four days now to schedule around this delivery, they have not made me a priority after the second attempt and I doubt I'll be a priority after the fifth because I have no faith they will come. My delivery was rescheduled three times. On the 3rd day, they gave us a confirmed window from 3pm to 7pm. We were supposed to be contacted 30 minutes prior to their arrival. We heard nothing all day. I used the chat function and was told they would contact the assigned driver and get back to me. Nothing. I called their support number. Told the same thing. Again nothing. Called Beauty Rest (I was having a mattress delivered). They had no notes about any problems with the delivery--including nothing about me calling twice. Then--at 8:30 pm --after already retiring for the night, they knocked on my door with my mattress. No 30 minute call. The delivery guys were not strong enough to pick up my king size mattress, if my husband hadn't helped, they would not have been able to deliver it. RXO is the default delivery service for QVC. We ordered a Serta king-size mattress which included "white-glove" service of delivery and installation of the new mattress and removal of our old one. The only stipulation on QVC was that they wouldn't deliver to the third floor. Ok, that's reasonable, we live in a ranch house. RXO's website stipulates weight limits on the street, clearance for overhead wires and that they will only remove comparable items to what is being delivered and set-up. If you get a mattress, they'll only haul away your mattress , not your mattress and box springs. No mention from either QVC or RXO about not removing any mattress that RXO deems "stained". You tell me if there is any 15 year old mattress that doesn't have "stains". I'm disabled but not bed-ridden. Sweat and body oils inevitably cause darkening over 15 years. RXO said in our tracking text message that our delivery window would be between 9:00am and 1:00pm and that they wouldn't deliver call us 30 minutes before arriving. They arrived, carrying our new mattress promptly at 9:30, no call. Ok, fine. They placed the king-size mattress a foot inside our front door, looked into our bedroom and asked if we wanted the mattress in the bedroom. We said yes and thank you for removing our old one. He stated that they don't do that. We told him that that was included in the price. He said in a snippy voice "do you want the mattress or not?" We said of course but what about removal and set-up? He said let me go to the van and make a call. By the way, they arrived in a rental truck and showed no I.D. They entered their truck and immediately drove away! The mattress which was left leaning against our recliners, by this time had slid against our curio cabinets and was blocking our front door! I spent over three hours talking or on hold trying to get an explanation as to why we didn't receive the service we paid for. Finally, over six hours later, we received a call back and were told they won't touch a stained mattress! She also stated that even though they wouldn't take away the "bio-hazard", they should have at least set-up our new mattress! Crazy double talk! We are done buying from QVC and will never, ever buy from any vendor that uses RXO Transport for delivery! How does this clown-show even stay in business when they treat their customers like this? If there was a way to give a company less than 1 star RXO would be on top of the list. So the refrigerator delivery saga continues as we again had it scheduled for July 5th between 8 am and noon. I had the old refrigerator empty, disconnected from the water line, front entry door removed, patio cleared and ready for the delivery to finally be made. I checked the email status of the tracking for the delivery only to see a red triangle with an exclamation mark stating the following: Cannot perform stop - stop not performed due to consignee rescheduling enroute: undefined. So I call RXO at the 1-800 number and the lady tells me that the unit was being returned to the shop due to damage the delivery personnel noticed. We never received a phone call. So now we have taken 3 fridays off work to wait for a delivery to our house. 2 times the delivery drivers refused to perform the job and today they damaged the refrigerator and chose not to contact us. I am cancelling my order with Samsung through no fault of their own and going to buy a refrigerator somewhere else in Pittsburgh. If you ever have to deal with RXO I suggest you shop elsewhere and find another resource for the delivery of your appliance. This company is a disgrace to consumers they claim to service. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a washer from LG. Delivery date wasn't for over 2 weeks after ordering it. On the day of delivery we were at the house or had someone here during the window of delivery and never noticed a truck go past. We watched the tracking come near our house then refreshed the page to see that delivery couldn't be made because of a "weather issue". No call or voicemail from the driver. The roads where we live are fine there was a small bit of snow blown onto the driveway but, all other delivery trucks have delivered today with no problem. I called the customer service and they said they sent a message to the delivery driver to either turn around or stay put and meet us in town and we could load the washer up into our truck bed. Customer service said we should be receiving a call from the driver in response. We waited 30 minutes for a call. No call. We called customer service back and they repeated what they told us before and that it will have to be rescheduled. They also said that the driver had called & left a voicemail but I did not receive any. After reading rxo reviews I'm scared I'm never going to get my washer! We have had many problems with RXO shipping. It took us 2 months before we received our first appliances. They would schedule a date to come out and then come up with an excuse on why they weren't showing up. One time they said they came by our home and couldn't get down the driveway because of snow. We had a light dusting in our neighborhood. Our small neighborhood has only one road into it. My husband and I walked to the end of our driveway and there were no tire marks in the snow on our street. We then drove to the entrance of your neighborhood and there were no tire marks coming into our neighborhood. The company was suppose to contact the driver and have them come back. I never received a phone call back and they never came back to deliver our appliances. I was supposed to get a call each time that they didn't deliver my appliances. I usually waited 2-3 days and never received a phone call, I had to call them and demand to speak to a supervisor. They are the worst deliver company that I have every had to deal with. I contacted LG to see why they use RXO. When I called to complain at LG, the woman I talked to said she was the highest person I could talk to. She was right below the Presidents office. She said she gets many complaints from customers about the delivery service RXO. She did not know what happened to the complaints once they went to the President's office. read more

While the actual delivery was great, quick, and the delivery person was nice and helpful, I cannot give 5 stars because of my delivery scheduling process. Originally, it was scheduled for Monday, when I called them to confirm, they pushed it back to Tuesday, then when I never heard from them to give me a window of time on Monday, it was ME who had to contact them on Tuesday to see what happened. I was told they would have to reschedule and didn't have an opening to deliver until Friday. When you are getting a large delivery where you have to be home, this rearranging of my schedule wasn't exactly acceptable.
