It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well.

This is the second time I used this location to ship packages both locally and to another state…read more Both times I spoke with staff there about selecting the fastest option for the packages to be delivered and paid a little extra for that. Unfortunately the delivery for the out of state package was not delivered on time and the 2nd package I am waiting on updates. But it looks like there is a hold up and it won't be delivered on time. Staff are very nice and helpful at this location. However, there are no guarantees it seems that your packages will be delivered on time and there is some shipment exceptions that happen. Not sure if this occurs at many fed ex locations or just this one.
