This place is EXCELLENT. Aaron and his team are master packers -- I had a delicate, expensive item to ship and was seriously unsure whether we could ship it without it being ruined en route. It was a silk floral arrangement that needed to be contained in a box without the flowers on top being crushed, or the vase on bottom getting broken. Aaron did some serious magic....it involved gluing one box into another box, putting padding in between the two ... securing the vase to the bottom, and creating an inviolable chamber on top for the flowers to breathe in...making sure that if the box was thrown around in transit, everything would be safe. And it was. Truly amazing. They are also very nice to deal with. I really prefer going to this small, personal, thoughtful place where they take the time to problem solve, where they are sensitive to costs, and where they execute extremely well. read more

Arrive in early morning & only work with the owner, Aaron, to sign up for a box. The afternoon staff cannot complete that for you. The afternoon, people also misquoted the cost as being twenty dollars, higher and almost charged me for that. read more

I was out searching for styrofoam to use as my shipping material. Didn't have time to go all the way to Walmart and too late to order them online. Decided to check out this place in hopes that they have styrofoam boxes. Unfortunately they didn't but the do have styrofoam sheets. The person who attended to me was so nice and helpful.
