Two of them were in the back talking and neither of them bothered to step up and wait on me or acknowledge me. The 3rd employee was off to the side on a computer. After a few minutes one walked up and did something on the register, still never greeted me smiled or said anything. Once employee finished doing whatever they were doing on register I was finally waited on. I'm guessing all three of them were having a bad day.I usually come here much earlier in the day and the morning employees are always friendly.)

Then they call me an hour later and say they can't take it so I MUST come pick the item back up and take it to their other site by CAK. Yea so, excuse me but who is the logistics company and who is the customer? Let's ask the customer to move product around, which is their job. As far as I am concerned, once you accept the package, you need to figure out how it get's where it needs to go. You don't say oh hey customer can you help us out and come waste your gas, and more importantly time running this package to OUR facility. Sure let me get right on that for you when God knows you have trucks going past Belden EVERY SINGLE DAY. Makes total sense if you want to lose any hope of future business from me and have this put out to the public so others are aware of the poor customer service. It looks like the package hasn't moved in 4 days from here so I guess I will have to do their job and move the package yet again. Well, god willing it's the last time I ever have to deal with Fedex.

When I asked what was done to clean, the person on the counter told me they didn't know. And when I asked if they could ask in the back, they said they couldn't. I was pretty disappointed when my questions weren't answered especially since I'm paying $20 for nothing.

It's also noted that the "customer service" rep I spoke with got me off the phone asap. I still cant recommend spending money here.

It's disgusting to look at poop! Mary Ellen spends money on 3 security guards at one time in her Library, but won't take care of the beautiful library overlooking Sippo. She won't give anyone a guest pass. It's OUR library Mary Ellen! I have had my computer go down and I have my library card info in the computer that went down so I can't move to another one. I see residents come in and have the internet, they just need a print out, or a fax or they don't live here and don't need a card, just a copy of something. What is the problem with letting Stark County residents NOT use their computers they paid for Also, i have asked and asked and asked for coupons. The Sunday paper has coupons to use at the store.( It's great that Mary Ellen and the Stark Board of Trustees Steven Pittman don't need coupons.) But alot of us do. I have left numerous messages for Steven Pittman to call me regarding above info, but he never calls! Mary Ellen never has any coupons at the Market st. library or at the Sippo library. Who pays for the Sunday paper? Can I get the coupons? The last time i went into Sippo, the employee was eating and talking with her mouth full. Can we eat in there now? I had just eaten a pizza in the car before I came in. Or is that just for the Sippo employees?

Upon arrival, the place was not busy and they were able to measure me and hem my pants in 15 minutes. The price was around $15. What an excellent service.
