I brought pants, a Dress, and a cotton long sleeve top in to have altered. All I need were the…read moresleeves shortened and the waist brought in on the pants. Most things were from tJMaxx so pants are unlined and fabrics are not complicated or delicate. I was SHOCKED that at the prices! On top of that their communication is terrible. I told her I would think abt it and call to let her know which pair of pants to start with nc I can't pay that all at once; probably won't do it at all. When I returned to pick up my clothes, she altered all of them and handed me a bill over 100.00 dollars. Clearly a miscommunication. Her attitude was "too bad" now pay. I have sent lots of brides and bridal parties here. NO MORE! Treating people with courtsey compassion and respect will keep you in business. This type of customer disservice will not. If I could select negative stars I would.

if i could put 0 stars i would. i have gone here before and my altercations were good but tonight…read moreit was 5:55pm and they closed at 6. all i needed was my gown trimmed at the arms and they turned us away because they were " closed " but then proceeded not to turn off my their open sign and lock the doors until 6. if yall are reading this who was working this day please try and look up what customer service means and then do it because yall had the worst attitudes and customer service i have ever seen. do not go here if you want to be treated like garbage.
