I will start by saying they made the situation "right" but it never should have been a situation to right in the first place. A simple UGG cleaning turned into an actual nightmare. They absolutely destroyed my daughters Uggs. When my mother went to pickup, she thankfully looked before she left. One was like 3 shades darker than the other and was the texture of sandpaper. The other shoe looked like it hadn't been touched. And the worker was like "idk what happened. we won't charge you for them." And my mom refused to take them because they had ruined them. After some attitude and much reluctance they told my mother that they would reimburse her for a new pair. My mom had to go back the following day with the link for a new pair and had them order and pay for it. Im not sure how to post pics on here but I have a pic and video of the ruined shoes. If they were unable to properly clean the Uggs to begin with they should have told us and we would have tried a different dry cleaner. And if they are able to do them, maybe not test out new techniques on customers' stuff. We still never got a clear reason what happened or why. It was "Idk what happened"
So if you want Uggs cleaned, don't go here. They are probably ok for clothing but that's not a chance I'm willing to take. read more
