On my third visit to the establishment to f/u, I was told by an embarrassed and humiliated clerk that the owner was not taking responsibility for the ruined coat. He had been shown the damaged garment. His response per the clerk was that I had brought it in that way which is ridiculous. The clerk remembered the suit coat and that it didn't have the bleach stain when I handed it over to be cleaned. Shamefully poor ethics to not remedy your mistake and then to throw your employees out there to do your dirty work. I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute.
