They have a new lady there that is one of the most uncouth people I've ever met and does my belong in any kind of with that deals with human interaction and communication. She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? Discard my button work shirts? She is very detasteful and has shifted my whole view of this place. Rarely do I write reviews but I'm this case, it was a must. I will not continue to do business with them and do not recommend them at all.​

I have had enough miserable experiences with cleaners across Cleveland from when I stayed downtown till I moved out here. The pick up and delivery service works like a charm. We wanted the flag to be fixed only on the frayed section and they took it upon themselves to stitch all the way around the flag without letting us know first if we wanted that done. All in all they charged us $20 per pant to stitch up 2 in. and $13 to repair the flag. Seems a little steep to me. I didn't pay $20 for each pair of pants. I didn't expect a hem to be that much either. The cost for three pieces cost us $57. I know things are expensive everywhere but this just seemed like a money grab to me. I won't be back to this establishment.

I walked in, explained the situation, and within 15 minutes my pants were fixed and ready to go for the wedding. Not only was Susanna amazing, but her entire staff was professional, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. Warning, don't try to have anything altered that you have to try on!…read more Last week, I went into the shop for probably the 5th time to have a pair of jeans and a pair of heavy denim pants hemmed. I was told to put the pants on and flip the light switch to indicate that I was ready. It was 100 degrees that day and I was wearing a light one piece romper (not a top and bottom). I held the heavy pants up from my collarbone to my hip and turned on the switch. This young, heavy, kind of frizzy haired girl came in and goes *gasp* "MA'AM!! This is SO inappropriate, you have no top on! This is a place of business, OMG, OMG!!" I told her if she was that uncomfortable I could just leave. She goes "Nooo?" and proceeds to "OMG" for the duration of pinning the hem. She then asked if I could put the other pants on on top of the romper...I declined. I told her she was going to have a really hard time with her job. She treated a woman who could have been her mother like some kind of flasher/s-x pest!! In a dressing room, adults understand that entails dressing/undressing. This is *OMG* too much for them. This Inappropriate Ma'am will take her business elsewhere. The pants did come back intact, which honestly, surprised me. In hindsight, I should have just left.

I was there the other day when a 60+ years old woman came in and proceeded to use 7 washers. She would stand in front of a washer that someone else's clothes were in, hands on hips waiting for the person to empty the washer while it was still had a few minutes to go. 2 washers were out of order and there were people attempting to do their laundry and waiting to use a machine. PLEASE PUT LIMITS ON HOW MANY MACHINES ONE PERSON CAN USE, SO EVERYONE CAN USE A MACHINE.
