I thought this was really nice instead of just giving me a poorly cleaned item! When I finally picked up, everything was pressed and cleaned perfectly. They are now even tagging clothes with a little bar code to help for future cleaning, how creative! The only reason I didn't give them a 5/5 is because of their price. They actually aren't terrible for a good dry cleaners, I paid about $100 for 2 sweaters, 2 dresses, 2 tops and 5 ties with a 10% off coupon. I was just used to $2.50 an item at my dry cleaners in St. Louis :) They do have coupons available so keep on the look out!

The "40 pound" washers were dude by side. I am sure I could have put my entire wash into one machine but I'm not one to overload so I split my wash into two loads. $5.50 each. I ran them tandem one minute apart for feeding the 22 quarters. I was amazed at the one on the left had a decent amount of suds in it while the one on the right took another 8 minutes to show any sign of suds. Made me wonder if and when these machines have recently been maintained. The driers seemed to work alright. But I was talking to a lady who goes there often. She had a decent amount of laundry to do m. She said some on the time they work better than other times. Being that I am taking my textiles there to be cleaned, I felt a bit skanked out. So I chose the dry-cleaning option which proved t be very satisfactory. For over past 20 years, I have been a business consult on Customer Service, Customer Retention, People Development, and Process Improvements in the Retail Automotive Industry. Without any reservation, I say that I was SUPER Impressed with the customer service provided to myself and other customers by the young man at the counter this evening.

I had them send it back and it came back worse than the first time. We sent I back again and it finally came back pressed properly. I paid almost $23 to send a suit back twice. I asked to speak to the manager about a discount because they clearly messed up several times. No one ever got back to me or provided a discount for the horrible dry cleaning. One would think that a discount was appropriate for my inconvenience. I needed my suit for an occasion and was unable to do so. Their sign states that they have a seven point quality check. They clearly did not do a quality check on my suit. I used them twice. Both times, my newly dry cleaned suits were wrinkled. I am so disappointed in their service and their service recovery.
