When I went to pick up the shirts from the right location, they only had two out of my three missing shirts. I would not trust his place. It was my first time getting dry cleaning here. I thought this was really nice instead of just giving me a poorly cleaned item! When I finally picked up, everything was pressed and cleaned perfectly. They are now even tagging clothes with a little bar code to help for future cleaning, how creative! The only reason I didn't give them a 5/5 is because of their price. They actually aren't terrible for a good dry cleaners, I paid about $100 for 2 sweaters, 2 dresses, 2 tops and 5 ties with a 10% off coupon. I was just used to $2.50 an item at my dry cleaners in St. Louis :) They do have coupons available so keep on the look out!

I asked to speak to the manager about a discount because they clearly messed up several times. No one ever got back to me or provided a discount for the horrible dry cleaning. One would think that a discount was appropriate for my inconvenience. I needed my suit for an occasion and was unable to do so. Their sign states that they have a seven point quality check.
