This is a very good laundromat- the only thing that would take it from 4 to 5 stars is having an…read moreon-site attendant at all times. It's typically clean and safe and works well. - Decent price - nice washers and dryers that almost all always work (only an occasional one down for maintenance) - cash to quarter machines are available - has vending machines for soap/softener, laundry bags, snacks and drinks. - old school blue bucket bench seats (some are sketchy - sit carefully) - on-site bathrooms for customers, - a tv on a random channel at all times - a utility sink Typically the place is clean and people treat it with respect and are friendly as they do their wash. But occasionally people drop off their laundry in machines and don't come back to remove it for hours.... which can be annoying if they are busy. And per typical human behavior there are always a few folks that think there is someone to pick up after them, which is said but not uncommon. And the hand painted laundry-themed murals are adorable!

The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!

I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".
