The prices are pretty good and everything is on a card, you do have to pay a minimum of $5 dollars which is alright, we will know next time to just come here. Depending on which machine you use, prices vary from 0.50 to 0.31 to dry the clothes for 8 minutes. We wish we came to this place after we checked into our hotel.

When I got home I noticed my…read morebeautiful pure silk shirt had several holes under one of the arm openings, through the sleeve. I took it back and spoke with the owner. He never apologized for irreparably destroying my shirt, but found all sorts of excuses--even deodorant stains, which I don't use, since I don't need it. I left the shirt there and asked him to contact me when he found a solution. I was very upset, but was polite, since accidents do happen... He never called back so I decided to contact him. He told me he didn't think it necessary to call me to let me know the shirt had been fixed. (Now, THAT's what I call customer service, ain't it?) I told him he certainly accomplished the impossible, since for what I know from years of sewing my own clothes, that was an impossible task. When I got there to pick the shirt up I couldn't believe my eyes: someone had put highly visible stiches all over the armpit area of the shirt, rendering it impossible to try anything else! When I complained that it had made it worse, he told me I should be glad that he was not charging me for the tailor's fee... I then was given a $30 check and never got at least a mild apology. I think it unnecessary to state I no longer do business with this gentleman. Actually, I no longer take anything to dry clean: I rather try my luck with the washing machine; and if anything gets damaged, well, at least I didn't pay someone else to do the damage! ZERO stars!
