Still no pants. You get the picture. Four weeks later, they tell me the pants are done. Come get them. I did. No pants. I said at this point that I was going to charge them for lost merchandise. They'll call, someone told me. No one does. Eventually, my pants are found. I pick them up on Clifton Blvd, bring them home and guess what? They're shorter but not to the measurements I asked for which means the pants are essentially useless. I need another tailor. Never, never will I go back.

I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend.
