Dry Cleaning Perfect One of the best dry cleaners I've been to in a long time! Prices are reasonable. I bought a jacket and needed it for a girls night out. Didn't realize until i took it home that it had a terrible odor. Clifton cleaners cleaned that jacket so well and removed the odor. Best on the West!!! read more

THE WORST CLEANERS!!!!!! I swore off Clifton Cleaners years ago but my bf still uses them for sheets and duvets apparently. I was greeted with disgust by the woman behind the counter who was out loud using the F-bomb and complaining that I showed up 5 min before they closed after I had to leave work early to try and make it because I was there just the day prior and told my order wasn't ready 6 days after it was supposed to be. After A LOT of complaining and swearing from the associate my order was thrown on the counter with disgust in a ripped plastic bag off the floor!!!!!!! And she tried to charge me DOUBLE what the receipt was for!!!!! I wish I were making this up!!!!! No No No!!! I can not say it enough!! Lifetime ban!!! Gross!! read more

I hate to write bad reviews for small business owners, but this place deserves one. The shorter lady who works there is beyond rude. Oh I'm sorry, am I bothering you by picking up my clothes? Unreal. The prices are ridiculous. I just dropped off a pair of slacks and a wool sweater. Upon picking it up it was over 15 dollars for the two items. Other cleaners in the area would have been half the cost. As others have said the parking lot is horrible, and a bunch if wierdos are normally lingering around. Every other Dry Cleaner I have been to in my life has treated me with class and respect. Maybe the owner should take a look at these reviews and note the on going trend. You just lost myself as a customer, and the other 1000 people who will read this. read more

As convenient as this place is/was, the quality of service has severely waned in the past few months. The owner is always nice and accommodating, the counter person not so much. I bring shirts in to be starched and pressed and I get them back wrinkled, all the time. Finally I say something and they agree to redo 3 of my 7 shirts. The attached pic is how they came back. Asked the counter lady how they came out, she smirks and walks away...So, to the nice guy who probably owns this place; your front of house employee is beyond rude, and the back of house people running whatever machines it takes to press and starch clothes need severe retraining. read more

This place is still a crap hole not only do they disrespect you and still make you pay fully for there mistake . But they are incredibly rude I'm rooting for this places demise. Don't expect them to clean your expensive stuff and pay they will lie to get out of it and not apologize and treat you like scum read more

The laundry mat side is sure to be out of business soon as nearly all their washers and dryers are broken and they never fix them. It's a convenient place to come when I need to wash bedding and larger loads but there is no upkeep to the place. read more

My entire family and I have been taking our suits and special upholstery to the Clifton Cleaners for 20 years - you cannot find better service anywhere else. read more

If I could leave no stars I would ... this place knows me and my ex by face and name and knows when we dated I drop off OUR items or he might drop off OUR items at times ...they used to be ok but in the past 6 months I've had clothes consistently ruined or lost with no apology or refund ...I still gave them a chance because I've gone here for years but then they let the same ex pick up my very expensive women's items with no receipt AFTER I told them I split from him since dropping of the last order and I had the ticket not him . I said he can have his portion if he comes I'm not a thief but hold mine I said until I come by . They gave him my items anyway not once but twice ...AFTER the first time I found out I left 3 messages for the owner over a 3 week time period with no response ... all employees knew not to give away THE REST of my items ... while waiting for the owner to call the rest of what I had left there was given away to the ex too . I finally reached the owner by calling back again and got the cold shoulder from him as well . This place is careless with people's clothing , non apologetic when they make mistakes and completely uncaring period ....they only care about the money they make or who's paying them at the moment not what's right or wrong .... ( I was told well he comes here regularly to do biz so we didn't wanna confront him about your items being returned and upset him ) are u serious ? LOL . They'd rather have the money weekly from him vs monthly from me I guess even though he's clearly scammed their system on purpose to steal from me ... that's just sad and scary for good honest customers .....I've lost thousands of dollars worth of clothing and accessories from Louis Vuitton , Gucci etc over careless damages such as burns rips fraying or loss and just plain giving away my items when they knew not to . With no refunds no apologies siding with who's spending money and no return of my calls to discuss I would say I HIGHLY recommend anyone reading this review to go elsewhere for your dry cleaning / washing services ! read more

Excellent ownership! Great customer service, friendly and super attentive to customer needs! Highly recommend!

Looks great on the outside. Inside is scary! Poorly maintained equipment. Shame on the owner.

CLIFTON CLEANERS ROCKS!! The employees are so nice and beautiful and the owner rocks! The prices are a little high, but so worth it! Clifton Cleaners is the BEST!! read more

Alterations are perfect, the woman who does them has years of experience. The dry cleaner part is pricey, but you get what you pay for. It is not just a store front where everything is sent out, that's why they are higher priced than other places that contract everything. This is a true old fashioned cleaner that can do it all including alterations. I have no idea about the coin laundry side other, I have a washer/dryer. read more

I've had many items dry-cleaned and tailored at Clifton in the last year and a half, and I've been very happy each time. They go the extra mile, are very attentive to detail and everything comes back quickly. Delivery service is relatable and professional. The tailoring especially - which is so important to get right - is excellent. read more

They lost my winter coat in the middle of winter. I got told I have to give it 30 days from the time it was supposed to be ready and don't worry he takes care of people. Just two days shy of the 30 days they found it, oh and I was so lucky that it was a fat guy because he didn't want my coat and it will by $15.33. Really you use lose my coat in the midst of snow storms, charge me for it and don't even apologize. I was going here regularly to do laundry in the laundromat which it is a crap shoot getting a washer that works properly. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Rude, too expensive and just generally no-good. Add to that barely any parking and it's time to look for a new dry cleaner.

I dropped off a pair of slacks to have 2 inches taken off the inseam and when I tried them on, they were the same as before! They did not even touch them and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I was visiting from Los Angeles and needed them for my 40'th year class reunion the following night. I had to drive to a mall and buy a pair of slacks. What a rip off of a tourist. Spread the word Cleveland, this people are tailor con artists! read more

My first drying experience was better than I could have imagined. I dropped my items off on Saturday and they were ready to by Tuesday. The ladies I encountered during drop-off and pick-up were so kind and helpful. The items could have been ready the following Monday but I was busy that day and would have been unable to pick them up anyways. One of the items was I had cleaned was my comforter. I dropped it off uncovered but when I picked it up they had put in a protective plastic zipped cover with a handle. That extra touch was extremely appreciated and a huge help for storing until needed. I will be sure to return to Clifton Cleaners again next time services are needed. read more

I've never been treated so rudely in my life! I will never do business with them again and wish I had read these reviews before going there to begin with. STAY AWAY! read more

Been going to Clifton Cleaners for over 15 years. They are prompt, and always very courteous. The parking lot is small but, except for days when they are really busy, can always find a spot. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other cleaners I have been to. And the owner is VERY responsive to constructive criticism. He seems dedicated to the community. read more
