I needed the jacket for a conference abroad, which I explained and was then told that maybe the blazer is at the plant where the garments are cleaned - another surprise as we initially thought garments were cleaned on site. The young clerk did his best, but was ultimately dismissive and uncooperative, simply stating that he texted the manager and we would have to wait. I understand that things happen, and we have been patient in the past, but this is possibly the 6th time they have misplaced or forgotten one of my garments. The quality has greatly declined here over the years. I'm so disappointed and really upset.
