I wore them outside 3 times within a week of picking them up and the color just washed off from the rain and wet ground and they looked like I never had them repaired. He charged me $45 for the repair, and they didn't even last a week. I returned 2 weeks later to ask him to please redo them and to please waterproof them this time. He said he did, and that it would cost me another $25 to have him do it again. I don't believe for a minute that he water proofed them, and i think he knew what would happen. He refused to fix them without me paying more money and said it was not his fault. Arrived to pick them up and the store was closed. Took 3 more visits to finally get in touch with them. Phone was down, hours posted on the door were wrong etc. On the 4th visit I was told to give them a few days, but a couple hours later I received a call saying they were ready. Although the repairs are done well, I will be looking for a new repair store. The owner, Mike is a pleasant person, but the unreliability is annoying, they only accept cash, prices have increased considerably, and I really don't need to know his political affiliation which is evident by the wall postings.

Good thing I'm not sensitive about my age. At any rate I just want my pants tailored so I leave them there and she tells me my pants would be done Friday but maybe before. I happened to be driving by a couple days later (Wednesday) so I thought I'd check in on them. The nice lady met me in front. She said one pair of pants were done but the others weren't. I didn't have any cash so I went to the ATM and planned on taking the one pair of pants for a business trip I was going on. When I got back, I was met in the front by the second woman who was very miffed that I came to pick up my pants early and told me that neither of them were ready. She was noticeably upset that I came for my pants before she texted me that they were done. I was like - I just talked to your co-worker, and ahhh I'm confused. I was probably as scared as her colleague who isn't saying anything or bailing me out. Well ok this was a truly odd experience, but no worries. Friday it is. Friday just before close I stop by to get my pants. No dice. I was told they aren't done and that I should come back tomorrow to get them. At this point I'm like I'm never coming back here as soon as I get my pants. Saturday before close I didn't hear back so I go to get my pants. The nice lady helps me. I quickly try my pants on and get out of there because frankly I never want to see the other lady again. Ironically enough the scary lady kept saying that I would get a text when my pants were done and got pissed at me for checking on them early but then she didn't text me to tell me my pants were done after she said they would be done and then again after she said they would be done for the second time. Jauni was very knowledgeable about shoes. I've had issues with lower back pain due to wearing the…read morewrong shoe. Although my feet were 11.5", I had large bone spurs making 11.5" size boots uncomfortable. 11.5" boots tended to overly constricted my bone spur so I've always wore men's 12" for the extra room. Jauni scanned and did a full analysis of my feet and recommended a different style of 11.5" that would compromise the protrusion from the top of my foot. She recommended a 6" tall11.5" that was wide boot with a short non-gusseted tongue without the webbing running up the sides. That allowed the tongue more flexibility around my bone spur, thereby supporting it. She also recommended a custom insole that cushioned my high pressure points in my feet. It was comical to see how small my feet actually were after wearing the boots. The old men's 12" I had before in retrospect looked like clown shoes. Jauni was not only knowledgeable but also had great customer service. Will definitely recommend her.
