I'm embarrassed for this business. It is truly a waste of space in the area. The employee(s) have terrible attitudes. They never have your clothes ready by the extended date and time they quote. And most recently, they claimed to "lose" almost $1500 worth of clothing I had dropped off for dry cleaning. Luckily for me they ended up locating my clothes, and naturally handed them back to me dirty past the pick up date they gave me. This business does not deserve anyone's hard earned money. read more

Counter person waited on me both times, dropping off four heavy women's winter coats for donation two weeks ago. Price quoted: $79.95 plus tax. Picked up today, the day I was told they would be ready. Price was $85 plus tax. Why? "Oh, she (the owner?) must not have liked the way I priced it." Oh. So that's my fault? You quoted me a price, I had a ticket that said that. Changing it - bait and switch. What was I going to do, argue and they keep the coats? The price one is quoted is the price one should pay. So, I'm a traveler. I try with all my might not to spend $4 at the hotel for them to clean a pair of socks so I research drop off laundry service. If you have read my reviews this will mark at least a third laundry business that has done exceptionally well with their service. I was greeted and I asked if I could do drop off service and she said I could. She asked if I wanted just wash and fold and I agreed. She asked if I wanted it today or tomorrow and of course tomorrow was fine as I had clothes for the next day. The service was $3.99 a pound and my bag worked out to be 10 lbs. i arrived gave her my ticket and was promptly provided my folded clothes. Wow! What a great service. No arguments about undies, about required ironing or starches. Just cleaned and folded clothes. I'm happy and you will be too. read more

I have never taken my dry-cleaning & "wash & press" work anywhere else since I moved to Cleveland from New Orleans in 1999. Every business interaction has dilemmas, and mine usually had to do with simple things like needing a button replaced on an older piece of clothing. Never had a "hiccup" that was not resolved to my satisfaction at no extra cost. I have even brought shoes in to be "cleaned up" or repaired. I walked in looking to get a suit and two shirts dry cleaned on a Monday morning. Two employees were in the process of ironing shirts. "Customer," Employee 1 said to Employee 2. Employee 2 proceeded to look up and stare at me, before going back to ironing his shirt. At this point, I proceeded to turn around and leave the store. I must have been standing there for five minutes total. I wound up finding a place downtown, which not only had a drive-thru, but much better customer service. Maybe I caught them on an off-day, but very few times have I been at a place of business and ignored by the employees. read more

The absolute WORST dry cleaners (and maybe even business) I have ever dealt with. This woman (Sun, the owner I believe) was so rude and disrespectful after shrinking my dress shirts that I BEGGED them to specifically NOT shrink that I almost thought it was a joke with how she was treating me. I brought two dress shirts back to this place after I tried them on and the sleeves came down to an inch above my wrists on each side. Now, I have had these shirts cleaned many times and they have NEVER done this. So when I went back, and I wasn't necessarily asking for a refund or anything, just wanted to let them know it happened and to see if they could fix it, this witch went on the most incredible rant I have ever heard a business owner go on to a customer about how her company, in 21 years, has never one time messed anything up before and proceeded to point at me and call me a liar in front of the entire store. Now, it takes a lot for me to lose my cool and I tried to calm her down but there was no point. She did not speak very good English and I'm not sure if she understood me or not but I just wanted an apology and possibly a solution. Instead, she says, "I no like you, you no like me, I no need your business." I went on to ask her if the $5 it cost for two shirts was worth the possibility of me never bringing business there again (I just moved so I would be paying hundreds there if they were a decent business) and she decided to answer and talk on her cell phone in front of me while I stood there. I made her hang up and she walked away from me and started putting stuff away. I tried to tell her that I was only trying to find a solution for the ruined shirts (which cost me over $175 now, plus the $25 in total cost of the crappy cleaning) and came to no avail. Long story short, I BEG you people to never use this horrific woman's company for anything. Rude, terrible customer service and even worse service and product. The only reason this is rated a 1 star is because you can't go lower. DO NOT USE BRIGHT AND FRESH CLEANERS IN INDEPENDENCE. read more
