My disappointment for this place troubles me because I feel as if that's what this place is stamped for in the community for (being 24/7) laundry service and with this change of hours without acknowledgment it feels as if this establishment as turn its back on the community. Also I want you to picture being in my shoes where you have a flight at 9:00am and you live in an apartment where there no washer and dryer on sight, you plan out to go to what you know at the time to be a 24/7 laundromat right. 10:00pm comes around and you start preparing to load the car up with you bags just to find out this place is no longer 24/7. I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".

They will occasionally destroy a button on a dress shirt, which is admittedly annoying, but I have never had a shirt permanently ruined by them (I have used them for dress shirts daily for over a year and a half). Prices are around $2 per shirt for starch on hangers, which is not the cheapest, but again the location is unbeatable. Turnaround times can be on the longer side, usually a week to be safe. I have dropped dress shirts off on a Saturday morning and stopped in on a Friday morning only to find they were not ready yet. Overall, based on my experience, they are a safe option for dress shirts, and this appears to be their core business. They do not accept American Express and have a $10 minimum for credit cards.
