This was the first time having to use a service like this due to an emergency situation therefore I wasn't sure about the cost, but I did take full advantage of this opportunity and added a few additional items that needed cleaned. Make sure that if you want to estimate how much you'll pay, weigh the bags beforehand. Otherwise, I didn't have a single issue and the app gives you a ton of information from status to even the driver name and how to contact him/her. Absolutely amazing service the first time they came and picked my loads up but when it was time for them to return it was well after their business hours and I had to call the company phone multiple times to get no answer until I remembered the drop person called from a personal cell. I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend. read more

Could not recommend this laundry service more!! As a medical student who's recently started my hospital rotations, there's very limited time for me to keep up with my laundry and make the time to go to the laundromat. Cleveland laundry service completely eliminates this problem, as I can schedule pick up and drop off times that work for me & don't even have to leave my home to get my laundry done! The clothes always come sparkling clean & perfectly handled - my professional dress clothes come hung & my more casual clothing is folded perfectly. Due to unexpected plumbing issues, I decided to try out this service. Not an easy decision because I have trust issues and I'm really picky( I own it). That said the reviews were good and they offer pick up and delivery. I could not have been more pleased! They exceeded my expectations and did an EXCELLENT job. Used them in a pinch when my condo shared machines were broken. I could not be happier. Easy pick up & delivery. Love that there's an app that gives me a person & number to text about pick up/delivery. I sent two garbage bags of clothes and they were returned in a clear bag with a few on hangers! Getting everyone's clothes washed & folded on a weekly basis has been really difficult since we moved into our house - I was always behind with 10+ loads a week. Then 2020 hit - and homeschool, playing in the mud constantly, and trying to work from home put me so far behind. The laundry was a beast I just couldn't tame. Worst experience ever! I used once before and the only issue was a minor one. I have special socks that are made specifically for the right or left foot marked by a small 'r' or 'l' and they matched the 'r's and 'l's instead of an 'r' to an 'l'. This time it was a nightmare of nightmares. First, before setting anything up I called because according to the website and app they only pick up in mornings and drop off in evenings well I work. Mornings are best for me. So I asked if it was ok if both could be done before noon 12:30 at the very latest. I was told no problem as long as the drop off was Tuesday or Wednesday. When the driver picked up she told me there would be a major problem but would try her best and asked if it was ok if the laundry was done early if she dropped it off first thing on Monday. No problem. She dropped it of Tuesday after 2:30pm. There was issues with drivers. Then when I finally had time to sort through everything I found a very important bag missing with very expensive items inside. Called left message. No answer. Called got someone and said needed to call the laundry dept. Waited. No one called. Called back and they said they found it and the driver had delivered it that day. What? I live in an apartment build and wasn't home to let her in. Someone let her in and she knocked on the door but no one answered so she left the bag on my door. What? No bag was there when I came home obviously. There has never been any theft of any packages left at my door or my neighbors and I did ask if anyone saw any. No one did. Got a hold of management. She said she.found a bag that was left in the hallway for a few days so she put it in an empty apartment and was going to bring to my door today but still nothing. I am probably going to have to wait until Monday for the office to open to find out what she did with the bag to even find out if it is even mine and in the mean time I had to buy replacements because those items are a necessity for a woman and what compensation was offered? 10% off next time. Wonder what the value of that bag? $200+. read more
