The staff is very polite and professional. The place was very well organized and clean. My winter coat was professionally cleaned by them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them to everyone. I love it the way they serviced my coat. I asked for my coat to be cleaned and it was . I also requested a new zipper, however there is no tailor on the premises. Swift, friendly, and convenient dry cleaning service. They have multiple locations around town, and we went to the one on Superior. There is a drive up window for drop off or pick up, but you can also enter the store. An associate will take stock of your items, and then give you a ticket with confirmation of the number of garments you dropped off. If you have an account, you can then track the progress of your order. We found this very useful and were able to feel confident that our clothes were well taken care of. My husband once spilled a chocolate martini all over a pair of white pants and a thin linen blouse, and they got all of the stains out! I was very impressed and after that I continue to take all of my clothes to this location. I completely trust them with even the most delicate fabrics. Place has become my GOTO....My clothes require dry cleaning. I have to find the DO. they are generally thru and thru. True, prices are increasing and if something happened to me like the other gentlemen who reviews I think I would lose my cookies. Yet they have the soul music and the music reaches me. I have been using D.O. Summers for over two years. Each time I go in there I am always met with a smile and a "hello". They are very friendly and helpful. My clothes whether laundered or dry cleaned always come back clean, pressed and wrapped in plastic. Also, if they had to add a button or something else there is always a note with it. In addition I have left things in my pockets and they have them waiting for me when I come in. A nice touch to save money is that they periodically offer coupons and once a year you can put money into your account and get an additional 20% more cleaning. I would definitely recommend D.O. Summers not only for the fine job they do on the clothing but the friendly staff that works there...It's a pleasure! read more

I had the best customer service experience at D.O Summer! I used the 20% off coupon that's online and simply showed the intake associate the coupon on my phone. I dropped off 8 garments, including 5 heavy floor length wool coats at 4:30pm, I had an email from the store manager Farisha saying they were ready at 12 noon the next day. I questioned the price of one of my garments and she took $12 off of my invoice total. I have dealt with other local dry cleaners and no one can top their service and turn around time. They do all of their cleaning on site. Their lobby has a nice flat screen for the wait in line, and there is a drive thru! They also have a 24 hour drop box and free pick up and delivery. read more

Been going out of my way for some time now to use their services. While overpriced, shirts WERE perfect every time except most the most recent bust it. I contacted them and they did not bother to call back until the credit card company was involved. I returned their call and they didn't bother to return mine. The shirts are wrinkled and look awful...won't be returning. Find somewhere else to take care of your shirts or buy new ones...about the same price as going here! read more

I prefer going to this DO Summers Cleaners, because it is close to where I live. The people including the manager are courtesy and friendly. If there are any problems with your clothes, the manager is willing to fix the problem even if it is something they might not normally do. read more
