As a medical student who's recently started my…read morehospital rotations, there's very limited time for me to keep up with my laundry and make the time to go to the laundromat. Cleveland laundry service completely eliminates this problem, as I can schedule pick up and drop off times that work for me & don't even have to leave my home to get my laundry done! The clothes always come sparkling clean & perfectly handled - my professional dress clothes come hung & my more casual clothing is folded perfectly. I really appreciate the detail and thoroughness that goes into handling my clothes! The best part is that their rates are very affordable and doable on a tight student budget. I'm honestly upset I didn't realize about their service before and will definitely be using it regularly!

I reached back out them and they said they were not working anymore but it was family owned so they would make a call. They did and shortly after my clean laundry was returned. However the next time I attempted to book they allowed me to schedule on the app but no one ever showed up and none of my calls were answered. I tried for a good week straight before just moving on to a different company. Weird behavior I definitely would not recommend.

Beware! They may lose your clothes if you do their wash and fold pickup service…read more They mixed my clothes another person's up so I have some of theirs and some of mine is apparently still missing? I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".

My disappointment for this place troubles me because I feel as if that's what this place is stamped for in the community for (being 24/7) laundry service and with this change of hours without acknowledgment it feels as if this establishment as turn its back on the community. Also I want you to picture being in my shoes where you have a flight at 9:00am and you live in an apartment where there no washer and dryer on sight, you plan out to go to what you know at the time to be a 24/7 laundromat right. 10:00pm comes around and you start preparing to load the car up with you bags just to find out this place is no longer 24/7. The feeling of Pure anguish!
