My concern was cat spray on the draperies that were custom made for my closet. After discussing the possibilities and my options, I chose to take a toothbrush and Oxi Clean to the 3 areas and scrub the crap out of it. A lot did come out, but still obviously there. Went in today to drop them off as Matt and I discussed and the gentleman there who schooled me in dry cleaning (at my request :-)) said they'd be ready by next Friday. I told him that I'd have to ask a friend to deal with it bec I live in Cali now and just here to prep my condo for the next tenant so he told me to come back Saturday. That's service! The BEST service! Thank you so much!!!!! Picked up drapes today and as warned they might shrink-THEY DID :-( Noticeably Inches too :-( But I was warned and signed paper that it might happen. Reimbursing the cleaning charge does nothing to compensate me for a brand-new $150 pair of pants that was damaged while in their care. The customer service afterward was equally disappointing. Halle, the manager, did not even bother to call me to discuss what happened or attempt to resolve the situation personally. Their proposed solution was for me to drive back to their location and drop off the damaged pants, even after I specifically explained that I am not from the area. After damaging my property, they expected me to spend additional time and money traveling back to address a problem they caused. I gave this business an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I expected them to take responsibility for the ink damage they caused and provide fair compensation for the item. Instead, I received $15, no call from the manager, and a request that I further inconvenience myself by driving back to their location. The damage itself is unacceptable, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward is what made this experience particularly disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We wanted the flag to be fixed only on the frayed section and they took it upon themselves to stitch all the way around the flag without letting us know first if we wanted that done. All in all they charged us $20 per pant to stitch up 2 in. and $13 to repair the flag. Seems a little steep to me. I didn't pay $20 for each pair of pants. I didn't expect a hem to be that much either. The cost for three pieces cost us $57. I know things are expensive everywhere but this just seemed like a money grab to me. The water even beads on the blanket and it leaves a oily feeling. Not soft and fluffy like when it went in. Basically left with option to wash 10 x to remove the film or toss blanket out. Seeing as I have a coin operated laundry in my building I now just have to put the blanket away till I have expendable time to fix this. Useless -- they can't even read the tag and wash a washable item because they would rather fill the world with chemicals and charge a dry cleaning charge.
