We dropped off two feather pillows to be dry cleaned. They notified up that one pillow "blew up" during cleaning. No feathers were recovered. We got one pillow and one case back. They've always done a good job for us and the drive-thru is a great service. People here are pleasant and we they are quick to fix anything that may not be to our liking. I did prefer it better when they didn't send everything off-site, but after working out some kinks the dry cleaning comes back in great condition. All in all, we enjoy their service and they are a good local company to do business with. read more

They were able to get several large, nasty stains out of a brand new wool suit that another local cleaner told me was beyond being saved. Not sure why all the negative reviews, my experience was positive. Even offered a free 2nd cleaning if I got the garment home and found the stains weren't completely gone. read more

Their website (and thus Yelp) proclaim that they open at 6:30 am Mon-Fri. Nope...not until 7:00 am. So here I sit, at 6:35 am, and I have no choice but to wait for my clothes for another 25 minutes. White Swan used to be the best cleaner. Since they switched to an offsite service they have begun to break buttons, lose collar stays and return shirts with starch blotches and stains that weren't on the shirt when dropped off. Most troubling is an owner who refuses to accept responsibility for the damages they cause. I used this cleaner for more than ten years and had to find a new cleaner after they couldn't get control of quality issues. read more

Will never use this service again. Charged me to "clean and press" my white lab coat and returned it to me exactly how I left it to them with multiple stains all over the coat. The coat was still as wrinkled if not more-so as it returned to me. I pointed out the stains and nothing was done about them. Not helpful in resolving the issue either. This is the second time that a coat was returned to me without being completely cleaned but this coat was not even touched. Told them that I will NEVER use their services again and will recommend anyone else against them. read more

Used to love this cleaners. Every since they have switched to sending their garments to an off-site store things had been coming back either stained or have markings on them. Love this place! Every time I walk in, there are ample people willing to help and assist me. The employees are very knowledgable of what goes on within the store and never fail when helping me figure something out. Not to mention, their seamstresses are some of the best and do great work. This has been my cleaning choice for many years, and I have always been happy and content with their work. I do not recommend White Swan dry cleaners at all I called on a Thursday in the boss said I could bring it in and it would be done next day so I proceeded to bring my suit in for minor waist clasp repair and cleaning and the lady told me they couldn't get it done until Monday at this point I dropped it off because I needed it as soon as possible. I called on Monday to see if it was done and they told me that it was still being worked on and that all of the pressor's had gone home for the day around 3 p.m. this was ridiculous. Then I go in and they told me that it was more than the original quote after telling him all the problems and all they did was take $5.90 off I believe they should have done it for free especially after the boss who should know how fast they can do it and that they should have done it faster for me and then having to make me wait another day. The whole thing ended up taking 6 days from the time I dropped it off which is completely unacceptable they should have offered to do it for free. White Swan is always been a little bit more money and because of that I would have expected much better customer service I will never use them again and never recommend them to anybody. read more

Don't trust them. Before you leave and before you pay check over your garments thoroughly. I moved to Tallmadge they where near me so I left them a leather jacket and shear curtains to clean. The jacket was no better than when I left it with them. It obviously wasn't cleaned. They said nothing and noted nothing when I picked the curtains up but when I unbundled one it was not clean. I just want honesty. Slick Jim the owner will talk you to death but won't make it right. He's just for the money.
