I left my clothes for dry cleaning on Monday. Then she says it will take about 1 week so come back on Monday by 4PM. I go back by 4:30PM, then wait for 20 minutes because she states they are still not ready. She literally iron my clothes in front of me. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried." She ended up giving $5 back unwillingly for $20 that I paid for my winter jacket. Sorry to say to but i will never come back here and do not recommend. read more

Third, I want to commend the owner for her politeness, courtesy and honesty. I accidentally left 2 $20 bills on the counter. I don't often use dry cleaning, but wrinkled suits aren't gonna fly for important meetings. After calling around to several local dry cleaners, everywhere was two-day service and I didn't have time for that. These guys came through! When we called early in the morning and explained how we were in a pinch, they told us they could have it done same day if we got it in early... and they did! The suit was clean and wrinkle-free by the end of day, and it was still inexpensive! I would highly recommend them for their fast service and how nice they were. read more

Both dresses were altered perfectly, very reasonably priced, and done in 1-2 weeks. She made sure I liked the way they looked before paying and taking my dresses home. I had a prom dress that was too long and too big on me and needed it to get altered. We decided to try Ultra Cleaners for my senior prom although I had never been there before, and it was amazing! My dress looks and fits perfect. Oanh was the kind lady that fixed my dress and she was wonderful! So sweet and kind and gave tons of compliments on my dress and how I looked in it. Loved it! Hate to give bad review but as I depend on reviews need to tell of my experience . Wool coat took a solid week to get done at a cost of $17--and that was after a 20% discount. Picked it up and couldn't figure our what was bulging. Here it was the single flimsy wire hanger it was on which was ready to give our. Seriously?? Pay that much and can't even properly hang it??!! Should have been on a heavy wire hanger or on several of the thin ones. Used this cleaners years ago under different ownership and was always very pleased . Sad. I am thoroughly disappointed and angry!! I dropped off three jackets to be dry cleaned and they were not dry cleaned!! Same stains on them and wrinkled!! Plus I had to wait one week to pick them up! When I was told to pick them up the following Friday at lunch, they still were not done! I had to come back after work. I also never had to pay for dry cleaning a head of time either!! I dropped off 2 more blazers, a black jacket and a skirt on Friday (3-10-2017). The lady told me to come Monday (3-13-2017) after 4 p.m. to pick them up. I could not make it that day, so here it is Wednesday (3-15-2017) and I just got off the phone with another lady who said that only one jacket was done!! This is ridiculous!! What ever the lady's name is who owns the business is obviously not an honest business woman and does not care about her customers. She pulled a fast one on me once, but she will not do it again!! I do expect a refund as well on the jackets that I already paid for!! You should be ASHAMED OF YOURSELF RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF!! I was quite satisfied with the service here. The staff was really nice. I had my bridesmaid dress hem and take in recently. The dress fits very well and the price is really reasonable ($42.70).
