High energy, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. She adjusted the flow of gowns as we went and pushed where she needed to. My niece felt comfortable There were a couple of spots we asked to see something else like it in other price ranges and were told not available. That was the only downside I would recommend anyone going here!

I came to her with an impossible request, and she made the dress of my DREAMS. The dress was truly couture, and that was made possible by the hands of Tatiana. With every consultation and appointment we had, Tatiana and her team was kind, honest, and professional. I felt so seen and heard in my notes and questions, and Tatiana made the process such a wonderful experience for me. You can tell this is her passion, and she truly cares for every bride that walks through her doors. Our appointments were some of the best parts of the wedding process for me. She is so knowledgeable in this industry, and I felt so comfortable throughout the design and fitting process. 100/10 from me! A week before the wedding, a dress we had ordered for my mom was scheduled to be delivered late, which left her without anything for my wedding. When we came to Tatiana to pick my dress up and finalize the details for the gown, we happened to start discussing my mom's dress - to which we explained the situation at hand. Without a second thought, Tatiana opened the shop for us, helped us pick a dress off the rack (which was better than anything we could have found in store or online) and she immediately began fitting my mom and adjusting what needed to be hemmed. Tatiana made sure that the dress would be ready (mind you this is less than a weeks notice...). She quite literally saved the wedding! Her kindness and understanding for her customers is above anything I have seen in this industry, and it's so rare to find people like this now. There is no question that Tatiana is the best at what she does. Her talent is remarkable. If you want the best, Valentino's Bridal is where you need to go. Tatiana goes above and beyond for her brides, and she will make sure your experience is perfect - she is the BEST!

I brought my wedding dress here because it was recommended at the place I purchased it, Maggie's. I…read morewould never recommend this place to other brides. The changing room is a small, cluttered, repurposed closet. When we picked up my dress we noted an issue that happened due to the adjustment we made on the straps. The seamstress said there was nothing that could be done. It looked and felt like the top of my dress fitted terribly. My mom asked her to show her how to bustle it and the seamstress did so but struggled significantly. I just got home from another seamstress who has to basically redo all of her work. She showed me several places where the work that was done was not done well. Not only all of this but Plus Alterations is cash only. She gave me a price after my consult and then at pick up, stated she forgot to charge me for something and was increasing the price by $38. Super unprofessional especially considering I have to have the dress fixed elsewhere!

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!…read more I took my bridesmaid dress in to get hemmed on Tuesday. I told him i needed it by Friday morning as I was leaving for Chicago for a wedding. He agreed it could be ready by 11:30 Friday, which was later than I preferred but I understood it was short notice so I accepted that. I came to pick it up at 11:15 and he had not started it. He originally said it wouldn't be ready until 2 and I told him that was not acceptable. He rushed to get it ready by 12:15- I had to go home and come back. Then whe I get there he tells me he only takes cash so I have to leave to go to the atm and come back once more. He claims he told me it was cash only but he did not. Then after all is said and done (no discount offered for the trouble) there is a big stain on my dress and when I bring it up to him he does not take responsibility for it! It definitely was not there before. So now I'm two hours late getting on the road and I have to wear a dress with a big stain on ot
