I would suggest that you call & make an appointment before going in because this is literally a one-woman operation. She gets busy & her hours can vary based on her workload. To hem the dress, she took scissors and just cut the bottom of the dress off, losing the delicate trim and leaving an unfinished hem of cut lace. Terrible experience. I ended up taking the dress to Valentino's in Stow who was able to save the dress.

I literally unzipped the case in the parking lot, took the comforter out and threw the case away. Too bad, we like to keep the comforters in the zipper case until we use them. It's not a huge problem, but it's just really gross. And what doesn't make sense to me is that ours was the only one on the floor, the rest were on shelves and there was plenty of shelf space - enough for 10 comforters. Why? Ugh! Truly, when I took the comforter out of the case, it doesn't even seem like it had been cleaned. Seeing how they treat things, I will NOT return.

I came to her with an impossible request, and she made the dress of my DREAMS. The dress was truly couture, and that was made possible by the hands of Tatiana. With every consultation and appointment we had, Tatiana and her team was kind, honest, and professional. I felt so seen and heard in my notes and questions, and Tatiana made the process such a wonderful experience for me. You can tell this is her passion, and she truly cares for every bride that walks through her doors. Our appointments were some of the best parts of the wedding process for me. A week before the wedding, a dress we had ordered for my mom was scheduled to be delivered late, which left her without anything for my wedding. Without a second thought, Tatiana opened the shop for us, helped us pick a dress off the rack (which was better than anything we could have found in store or online) and she immediately began fitting my mom and adjusting what needed to be hemmed. Tatiana made sure that the dress would be ready (mind you this is less than a weeks notice...). She quite literally saved the wedding! Her kindness and understanding for her customers is above anything I have seen in this industry, and it's so rare to find people like this now. I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute. Overall the ambiance of their little boutique was warm and welcoming, they did an amazing job with the alterations and I honestly couldn't tell work had been done on the dress aside from it magically fitting like a glove afterwards.
