Easy to operate the machines that use the PayRange system. Install the Payrange app, add a credit to your account and from there, activate the machine you wish. It all worked just fine. And now I have a $3 credit to use at some future point, I assume. All of the machines I used worked fine and the folding table was clean. Plenty of parking. Restroom in the back was also clean. Super clean unfair treatment…read more Super Clean Laundromat at 1739 Brittian Rd, Akron, Ohio 44310 Beware !!! On 2/2/2024 I went to this establishment to wash and dry clothes as usual. When my clothes were done washing. I asked attendant to remove the clothes in top dryers and I notice the customer hasn't return to removed in appropriate time period. The attendant refused and I reminded her of times where I seen her remove clothes when other non African customers ask her and she did immediately but when I asked she refused. I told her it been over 10 minutes and I shouldn't have wait for dryer. When I ask for refund the owner told her call the police to have me removed and sneaking to take photo of me. Which they did not have grounds to do so. I will be filing complaint with BBB & FTC. I am Akron tax payer and registered voter. Before I left I gave my card to college kids because refuse to ever go there again.

Why is this woman so awful to me?…read more We want to keep coming here... maybe just never at night. This woman watched me while I pulled out our wet laundry from the wash machine as if I was stealing laundry. If this is what green hair inspires I'm keeping it green to expose people like this. We were in a hurry to gather our laundry and vamoose. Here is the rest of the encounter. When she started yelling at me initially, I stood in shock. Later she also knocked on the window by my head when I was sitting on the bench. I was afraid that one of our dryers had caught on fire! Nope. Just showing disapproval. She made me feel unwelcome and even a bit unsafe. I decided to tell her, maybe she didn't know? Nope. She yelled at me "I have never yelled at you!! " I explained when and what she had yelled at me.
