The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations. This included a wallpaper strip and a number of antique wash-boards. Now that is something you don't see in most laundromats!

This woman watched me while I pulled out our wet laundry from the wash machine as if I was stealing laundry. If this is what green hair inspires I'm keeping it green to expose people like this. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.
