Why is this woman so awful to me? We want to keep coming here... maybe just never at night. This woman watched me while I pulled out our wet laundry from the wash machine as if I was stealing laundry. If this is what green hair inspires I'm keeping it green to expose people like this. We were in a hurry to gather our laundry and vamoose. Here is the rest of the encounter. When she started yelling at me initially, I stood in shock. Later she also knocked on the window by my head when I was sitting on the bench. I was afraid that one of our dryers had caught on fire! Nope. Just showing disapproval. She made me feel unwelcome and even a bit unsafe. I decided to tell her, maybe she didn't know? Nope. She yelled at me "I have never yelled at you!! " I explained when and what she had yelled at me. She continued to deny. I'm tired. We are on our way home. I'm pretty sad too. We like having specific trusted places. read more

I absolutely can't say enough good about this place and the service i get from them. I stumbled on their home pick up and delivery service when i was critically ill and moved to Ohio in a place with no W/D hookup. Now I'm in a place with hookups but I'm spoiled by their great service so I continue to use them. If you need an at home service or oldsters/sick that need it, give them a try. The laundry attendant is rude and walks around without a mask and definitely getting less than 6 ft away...during a pandemic . There are signs on the doors about wearing masks and social distancing. You'd think people in a laundromat would care about cleanliness. read more

I've been coming here for months now and have loved it because it's close and they have free WiFi. But when I came here tonight I got here around 8:55 because I get off work late, and the guy that is always here approached and angrily confronted me, and told me the last load is at 8:30 and I don't time to do my laundry (one basket) and I need to leave. Now because I'm such a frequent customer, I know that there's a sign that says "last load at 9pm" which has always worked for me. I told him about the sign and he told me I was wrong and they're 'slammed' and I need to leave. Immediately walked over to the sign and took this picture. 3/17/15 - very clean laundromat! Tons of machines in different sizes that are actually in good working order. Free Wi-Fi if needed. TV to watch while waiting for the wash and dry cycles to do their thing. The best value for very large loads like comforters is the 75lb dry weight machine for $8.25. This laundromat is perfect for people like me (those who have to share 1 washer/dryer). The large washers are the best deal, as you can fit 3-4 loads of laundry for $8. Dryer cycles cost $.48 for 12 mins each, dry quick, and are lint free. Staff are super laid back, and they have proper WiFi. Only drawback is that washers/dryers are outta service often. They have a crap ton of washer/dryers so it usually isn't a problem. read more

The guy "Jay" on the night shift followed me out to my car harassing me because I tried to drink some of the supposedly "free" coffee. The whole time I was washing clothes and did homework he kept sweeping inches away from my body making me very uncomfortable. I will never ever go back to this terrible, overpriced, and downright rude and weird laundromat. read more

LOVE this place. My boyfriend and I live 5 minutes from here and we won't go anywhere else. The employees there are always really friendly. The facility itself is always clean as well. The washers and dryers are reasonably priced and there's never a shortage. Even the other people that do their laundry here are nice. Would recommend to anyone! read more

Best laundromat in Akron! The bathroom is so clean you could eat off the floor! The staff is friendly and very observant. Some guy brought in some laundry that was heavily soiled and she would not allow him to put that in the washers. She was nice about it and told him the washers were new and offered him some suggestions what he could do. I like that because I know that the washers are maintain and serviced. They even offer to wash your laundry for you for a small fee. This place is the next best thing to washing clothes at home. read more
