Easy to operate the machines that use the PayRange system. Install the Payrange app, add a credit to your account and from there, activate the machine you wish. It all worked just fine. And now I have a $3 credit to use at some future point, I assume. All of the machines I used worked fine and the folding table was clean. Plenty of parking. Restroom in the back was also clean. I have no complaints. [Review 1343 of 2024 - 262 in Ohio - 22366 overall]

I decided to give it another chance, because it is the closest to where I live, and I was in a hurry. Nice! They have an extremely helpful attendant always on duty. The monster machines are incredible! Prior to the new ownership, it took me twice as long to finish my laundry. I design cakes and cake pops for a living, and when I'm creating, the chocolate melts often drip onto my clothing, and harden there. Guess what? Little Scot's had a solution that got that chocolate right out of my clothing. Greasy buttercream icing? No problem. Warning: their machines can be rough on small electronics, so I do not recommend putting your cell phone in for a spin! Oopsie! From what I've heard, there is an expansion planned - if so, I can't wait to see what they do! I am already noticing the place is busier and the clientele seems happier - what a difference new machines (that actually work!) and flat screen TV's make to entertain you while you wait! I'm so glad I went back!

The facility was clean, had a helpful attendant, and almost all of the equipment was in working order, with the couple of machines that were not being clearly marked as out of service. There were a variety of sizes of commercial washers that were front loading and this is where you needed to pay. The dryers were then free to use. These washers worked on an app, or one could pay a machine at the front and enter the washer number to activate it. The washers at first seemed a little pricey, but considering the dryers were included in the pricing it wasn't bad at all. There were seating area near the washers, or a larger seating area at the front where one could buy a cup of fresh Keurig coffee. For a more complete coffee experience one can walk to the coffee shop next door. I think the one thing that made this place really memorable for me was that it actually had a wall of homey laundry-themed decorations.
