They gave me a promise date of July 20 to pick it up. It is now October 5 and they still "don't have any boxes" to put my dress and veil in. They also claimed to have cleaned it but never did. I called about 10 times and they kept saying the same excuse. How does a cleaning place stay open without something as simple as boxes? I asked to speak with the owner multiple times and the workers assured me he would call, but he never did. They held my dress hostage for months without being honest about a promise date or giving any hope of an end in sight with boxes coming in. I just wanted my wedding dress to be preserved so I had a momento from the most special day in my life. They were extremely rude when we came in in person to see what the hold up was. Horrible customer service all around. I picked up the dress to take it to carriage cleaner instead (highly recommend) and the owner still hasn't called to try to make this problem right.
