Water is awful and smells. All the machines smell of sewage. Hot water....haha....water was cold…read morewhen I went to add bleach to my whites. Clothes had a sewage smell after wash. The facility is dirty. Hard to imagine the last time the floors were even mopped. This place was better before it was sold. Was always clean and fairly safe. This is the second chance I have given this facility, never again. I have other options in the area, maybe not as close to my house,but I know that at least my clothes will be clean and not smell.

Vending machines. Good hours. I think it's 5 am till midnight. Don't quote me on that one though. Tons of nice newer machines of all sizes. Free WIFI for customers. The huge washers also accept dollar coins (available in one of the change machines on site) I think the maintenance man lives very close and keeps an eye on the place. I've seen him in there many times at various times of the day. I've observed who appears to be the owner stopping in checking on things being very courteous to the customers greeting everybody in the place and thanking them for their business. I've never seen an out of order sign on any machine here. I've been in town working for just about a year now doing most of my laundry at various laundromats. This being the nicest out of about 15 that I've tried out.

That was a real chore this winter with all the snow and slush that was dragged in. But she was always their busting her butt trying to stay ahead of all the dirt and grime. She did a fabulous job. You have a real keeper there Russell. You can always trust it will be clean.

I will start by saying they made the situation "right" but it never should have been a situation to…read moreright in the first place. A simple UGG cleaning turned into an actual nightmare. They absolutely destroyed my daughters Uggs. When my mother went to pickup, she thankfully looked before she left. One was like 3 shades darker than the other and was the texture of sandpaper. The other shoe looked like it hadn't been touched. And the worker was like "idk what happened. we won't charge you for them." And my mom refused to take them because they had ruined them. After some attitude and much reluctance they told my mother that they would reimburse her for a new pair. My mom had to go back the following day with the link for a new pair and had them order and pay for it. Im not sure how to post pics on here but I have a pic and video of the ruined shoes. If they were unable to properly clean the Uggs to begin with they should have told us and we would have tried a different dry cleaner. And if they are able to do them, maybe not test out new techniques on customers' stuff. We still never got a clear reason what happened or why. It was "Idk what happened" So if you want Uggs cleaned, don't go here. They are probably ok for clothing but that's not a chance I'm willing to take.
