This place got me messed up, The lady told me my suit would be ready in one day when I came back they told me it would be ready by Monday. As soon as the lady gave me the suit she said there was no work done whatsoever but, as soon as I got in the car there was blue stains all over my BRAND NEW suit. I used Picasso for at least 20 years and in the last year the have shrunk every pair of pants and shorts and every sweater that I have sent there! I know it is not a matter of weight gain because they fit fine when sent and came back not able to zip them up! My sweaters were fine in the length and fit now they cleaned them and the are tight and extremely short! Not sure what changed but clothes are too expensive to have ruined!! read more

Just picked up my dry cleaning and discovered that a hem came out during the process. Not only are they unwilling to cover the cost of a seamstress repairing the hem but they won't even refund the cost I incurred to have the piece dry cleaned. Never again will I return to Picassos and I recommend you don't either. read more

I took an expensive wool blanket here to be dry cleaned. When I came back to pick it up, it was in worse condition than when I left it. It had all kinds of different peoples hair all over it and lint. When I refused to pay for it, the older heavy-set lady I was dealing with said she would call the police if I tried to take the blanket without paying. She kept insisting that I leave the blanket so she could manually remove all the hair and lint. When I tried to explain that the blanket would still be "dirty" and I didnt want her touching my blanket anymore, she was less than not understanding and not listening to me. She tried to blame the fans in the shop for blowing hair around all over my blanket which only proved my point that my blanket was still dirty after being dry cleaned and left out in a dirty environment! I dont know who this lady is but she needs to be fired. On another occasion, I took at least 7 dress shirts there to be dry cleaned and she tried to talk me into washing them. I had to explain to her (same lady) several times that if I wanted them washed, I would have washed them at home in my own machine. She then replied "fine, have it your way". Like, are you even serious? Who is the customer at Picasso Cleaners? If this woman leaves I might go back but until then, NO WAY! read more

Fast, affordable and efficient has been my general experience with Picasso's in the several instances where I've used their service. Although getting out of their parking lot can be a chore if going west on Applegrove, their service and quick turnaround (often less than a business day) is worth the traffic issue. read more

Went to dropped clothes off at 5:20 on a Saturday and they were closed even though they advertise open until 6pm. Very inconvenient.

I have been a loyal customer since I have been in north canton. But no more. They refused to honor a coupon that was $10 off a $30 bill even though my bill was $67. What a lousy way to treat your customers. Never again will I have to worry about that. You have lost me. read more

Picasso is a great cleaners! I go here all the time, they have the best prices and very quality work. They cleaned and pressed at least 15 pieces for a special work occasion for me last week. I received compliments on my creases and quality press from my co-workers even after they were in the suitcase for travel all day. I read these post that people put only to bash a quality area business. This is my second review (Google), I never had a problem with them and they do a great job. As a fellow person that runs a business, it is hard to please everyone and frankly impossible. Picasso probably sees thousands of garments every week, (I can see in the back the rows of hanging garments) so two people's garments shouldn't phase people from doing business with them. Bravo Picasso's and keep up the quality and service that has kept you in business for years!!! Maybe I can copy and paste this review as well to post on every review site! read more

I have never been more insulted in my life! As a professional myself I am disgusted by the customer service that Picasso Cleaners has. I picked up a dress that had stains on it that were not present when it was dropped off. A simple explanation could have been that that particular fabric bled onto the white parts of the dress leaving blue marks. I could have understood that had it been explained to me. Instead within 30 seconds of a phone call from the manager I was accused of lying and trying to scam them out of the dry cleaning fee. I was told that on security cameras I looked as if I was going directly for that spot like I knew it already existed. However in my defense electric blue stains on a white stripe of a dress is extremely noticeable!!! He was very confrontational and defensive while on the phone. I then went to pick up my dress and inform them that I would not be paying for their service when my dress was ruined. The manager then proceeded to tell me that if I could not afford dryclean services to not bring my clothes to the dry cleaners. As well as if I didn't pay he was calling the cops. I then took it upon myself to call the cops on my behalf to explain the situation. Turns out it is a civil suit and nothing that the cops could do about it. At that point I was not paying for it, left the store and I left it up to the manager to pursue legal action towards me. When I mentioned that I would be writing a review on my treatment with their company the manager quickly changed his mind and offered to waive the dry cleaning fee if I wouldn't say anything.I find it very interesting that a man was so quick to defend his services and him being completely in the right that the second it was going to go public he very quickly no longer backed up his services and was ready to forgo the fee for my silence. I feel the public has a right to know if someone is treated unjustly especially coming from a professional. I will no longer be using these cleaning services at that location and have done some research and found multiple other locations in the north Canton area with good reviews. read more

Great dry cleaning and alterations! The employees are very friendly and they do a great job on my dress shirts and pants. I am a restaurant manager so I do get hard to clean food and grease stains on my clothes, they are always able to make them look like new. Great hours and quick service. read more
