When I brought it in, the sewing/alternations gal barely batted a lash. She was really helpful, had me try it on and took measurements. I was in-and-out fairly quickly. God, I feel awful I can't remember the name of the gal who helped me, but she was great. She fixed it to the best of her ability with a quick turn-around. When it came back to me in such highly wearable shape (albeit not perfect considering the difficulty of the design), I nearly cried! It's so clear to me that A&M Tailoring knows what they are doing. I literally unzipped the case in the parking lot, took the comforter out and threw the case away. Too bad, we like to keep the comforters in the zipper case until we use them. And what doesn't make sense to me is that ours was the only one on the floor, the rest were on shelves and there was plenty of shelf space - enough for 10 comforters. Why? Ugh!
