I have never been to a laundromat. I had to go there to wash my bedspread, which would not fit into my washing machine. The manager there was so kind and advised me on how to wash and dry this bedspread. She was so helpful and I truly appreciate it. They have lots of washers and dryers of a couple different sizes. read more

I just used Mayfield Heights Speed Cycle Express Laundromat to wash patio furniture covers. The owner and staff were wonderful, the facility is clean and convenient and the result was great. This is a first time use but it won't be a last. read more

Hubby and I used this place because our dryer is on the fritz. We went on a Sunday afternoon before Christmas and it was BUSY. I strongly recommend wearing a mask. You have to put money on a card specific to this place rather than put cash into the machines. The particular washers we used cost us under $3 a load and the dryers even less. There's a McDonald's one block east of here, so you can grab a coffee or a bite while your stuff is in the wash. Would go again, if for no other reason than to use the remaining money on the card. read more

See all

I went today and was out quickly due to the speed of the washers and dryers. The attendant was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. WOW has technology changed. I will return. Thank you. read more

I have recently started using the facility, as the machines in our building are very unreliable. The place is clean and pleasant, and the staff are helpful and reliable. I generally drop off our weekly wash, and our belonging are well cared for. I recommend the place highly; it's a much better option than the services that pick up and drop off in all ways! read more

I can only say that I was satisfied and will use the facility again when needed. It was conveniently located and was clean and the employees very accommodating. read more

Super clean, great service. The have some crazy big machines here. You could easily fit 4 kids in the largest. The 90lb washer fit 2 of my comforters with room for at least one or 2 more. I think it was like 9$. Drying took about 45 minutes. I do not remember the price. Oh if you bored, there is a fun bar accross the street and or ethnic restaurants in walking distance. read more

Very helpful staff, clean place. It's helpful that non-working machines are marked. Use of a pre-loaded laundry card rather than coins is really convenient so you don't need coins - but you do need a credit card. read more

Clean and lots of machines to use depending on your needs. Parking in front of building. Very helpful staff.

Excellent laundry mat with good value for very big commercial loads of laundry. Would recommend, very clean.

This was a great place to do i and my fiancée laundry. We got all our laundry done and it didn't cost much. The lady that ran the laundromat was very polite and very helpful. She had a pleasant aura about her. The washing machines were very spacious but the dryers were even more spacious. read more

This place is just awful. There are no less than 20 paper signs posted in this place. Not kidding. You can't place ANYTHING on the top of the machines, you can't shake out your clothes before you put them in the machines, you can't separate your whites from colors in front of the machines, you can't use the hanging racks to put your clothes on hangers when dry, you can't fold your clothes in front of the dryers, any folding has to be done on designated tables. Some of the rolling baskets are available only for wet clothes some for dry. The rolling baskets have poles on top of them to stop you if you even think about rolling it to your car. They watch you like a hawk, they follow you around the place. What the hell? The washers are nice but the big ones are 8.50 Per load. Go anywhere else, this place is just awful. It just doesn't have to be this hard. read more

Awesome place!! Clean courteous and more! Highly recommend ... Very good staff and machines are great! read more

The worst thing about problems with my washer or dryer was always having to go to the laundromat. No more! This is the best-equipped, cleanest, best-staffed laundromat I can imagine. GREAT experience. read more

Yes there are signs everywhere, but the place is clean, and I found the staff to be helpful. You put money on a card, which helps if you don't have coins. The wash cycle takes about 30 minutes and there are 4-5 washer sizes. I didn't dry clothes. read more

You can see that a month ago I posted about the Manager gossiping about customers and such. I began going to the one in Willoughby for a change as I did not want to be around the negativity. Today, I went back to the one Mayfield. After closing, I asked about hours as she was leaving store. She said, "you are the one that wrote the review aren't you? We all know it's you". I told her it was not her business or place to ask a customer that. She insisted. I told her that I wasn't the only one that has mentioned gossip in the reviews. I said there is another review. "No there's not!" If I said the sky was blue she would have said, it's green. Much of this confrontation was textbook gaslighting techniques and table turning. All of you can scroll here and see that there is infact another person that mentioned the manager being rude and there being gossip by workers about customers. I will not have the tables turned on me by this unprofessional woman in front of the Laundromat. She was so confrontational and argumentative. This is the unprofessionalism that I was speaking of. If you write a negative review, be prepared to be confronted by the manager in person. She then stood there and argued with me, telling me not to "eavesdrop" regarding gossiping about customers. She also told me she knows I called the Willoughby Laundromat to make sure she wasn't working. I admitted that I did, because I did not want to be around the negativity. She spoke as if to make me think I was wrong for doing these things. These techniques do not work in relationships and this is very inappropriate to confront a customer who has every right to finally speak up and decide to not want to be around it. She PROVED the accuracy of my concerns. You may be able to control or attempt to control people in your personal life but this is crossing the line. This is NOT professional or appropriate. Professional Managers would normally do the opposite of this. I wish her no ill whatsoever. We can all learn from constructive criticism or do the opposite. I'm sure she is a fine human being. However, after months of witnessing her talking about other customers I finally wrote a review. Pofessionalism, boundaries , respect and any humility is seriously lacking. Confronting customers about reviews is completely inappropriate. Did she think she was going to intimidate me? Make me feel wrong and ashamed for not wanting to be around this? I did give the place 3 stars regardless. Now it is 1 star after this evening. She should not confront me or another customer that leaves a review again. I sincerely hope she finds inner peace. read more

Super clean -super friendly attendants, greet you upon arrival and offer assistance. Family friendly atmosphere. Places to sit as you wait! Large machines are very wonderful! Thank you! read more

If you're going to do your own laundry -- this place is great. Big machines, good amenities. I've been using the drop off service for about a year now and just finally had to stop because the attendant was so consistently rude Xvx read more

2nd visit to this facility to help a friend. Alexandria is an extraordinary employee. She goes above and beyond. All the others I met during my short and efficient stay were also good! When I stopped in before my first visit, I did observe some negative behaviors. I believe they were not representative of this company. The woman who worked solo a few months ago was also great! Don't let the negative reviews get to you. Stop in and check it out. Simply prepare in advance. Sort/pre--treat your cloths/fabrics. Ask for help! They'll guide you through the touch screen system to load your card. Keeping items off the tops of the machines helps maintain them. Follow the rules or ask. read more

The workers stand around and talk about customers in a very negative way. There's always drama. Even when I observed that all the customers had on masks, the workers didn't wear masks and when they do, it only covers only their chin or they leave their nose out. I heard a worker say she has a low opinion about people who wear masks. They close early and will hound you if you come in close to their last load time. If you have a complaint such as you don't think the machine worked properly, you may be spoken to in a condescending way like I was called "mame" repeatedly because the worker didn't want to listen to my concern and talked over me. You have to load money onto and use their laundry card to pay for services such as wash and dry... good luck getting a refund if you don't use all the money that you put into it. I had to argue to get my money back. Thankfully, the manager was nice but the workers -no go! Not worth the drama! read more

Always washers/dryers available. Dryers may cost is really really cheap. Washers are fast.

Super confusing for my.first time there and no one bothered to help they just looker at me like I was stupid. Then all 5 of my blankets I washer and dryed got ruined in the dryers, they are stiff and feel absolutely disgusting now. I am so upset and on top of that it said had free dry credits with a wash well on top of being 8.50 for I think 20 or 25 min for the washer it kept saying invalid card so I had to add more money on the card, which the free dries wss on of the main reasons I went. Oh and its only like 5 min so you need like 10 "free" dries anyway. I ended up spending around 50$ for 3 loads and half of.my things were ruined. I tried to contact someone but you can only do that by facebook messenger and haven't heard back so will never go again. read more

Staff is rude manager is disrespectful please don't go here some of the machines don't work and you don't get a refund when they mess up

Super clean! The afternoon attendant went over and above to help me and show me how to load their card for swiping and paying for the washers and dryers. She is extremely efficient and was mopping and cleaning the salt from the floors every time it became soiled as well as continuously cleaning the machines. Although it was a busy time on a Sunday afternoon I was able to wash 2 quilts in a 90 lb machine and dry them (separately) in 2 dryers in about an hour. The total cost me $10.50 for two queen quilts. I will definitely return when I have other oversized items to wash. read more

I asked the owner for singles dollar bills to load my card to dry she replied I have none while holding several singles and a ten dollar bill and her hand. I asked two more times she than said "these are for drop off" and sent me next door. Upon my return I grab the cart that I could get through the door to load my clothes and headed to the back dryers. I was approached by the owner who told me I couldn't use her dryer nor her cart and started pointing at the sign for attendant only as sh said " You can't read very well". I address her rude comment to me as a black woman when she became irrate and irrational in her speech yelling and screaming about folk not knowing how to read. Very unprofessional and uncaring towards minorities customers for an older women nearing 80 had to address her rude behavior towards me after continuing her insults. The elder stated that she was a regular and observed the woman's attitude towards black women particularly. I am a mild mattered person who pretty much gets along with anyone and found it very disrespectful to be addressed this way as a customer. read more
