When I insisted I was picking up they tried to hide the fact they ruined 2 out of 4 panels of my curtains. Had to make a fuss to get them to replace them. Then they only wanted to replace the two. Now these go on one large window and they need to match. The curtains were no longer available. I had to make a scene to get them to be responsible for what they did. I wanted to specifically talk about their leather cleaning services. I took this vintage suede rancher coat t them to have dry cleaned because when I thrifted it the coat was very dingy and stained. Norge Dry Cleaners is clear on the fact that they outsource leather and suede cleaning, so technically they aren't the ones cleaning those materials. That being said they seem to trust good companies with that service because the coat came back in excellent condition. I wish I took before and after photos so that others could see the difference. I can't wait to continue using this company for my cleaning and alteration needs!
