When I insisted I was picking up they tried to hide the fact they ruined 2 out of 4 panels of my curtains. Had to make a fuss to get them to replace them. Then they only wanted to replace the two. Now these go on one large window and they need to match. The curtains were no longer available. I had to make a scene to get them to be responsible for what they did. To top it off they made me pay for the cleaning.
