Tried this for the first time today, when I arrived there were two women doing laundry together and…read morethey were using EVERY SINGLE WASHER except for the smallest ones. One of the women had gone to some of the machines and put a single item of clothing in it to indicate she was "saving" these so no one else could use them. Several people came in after me and were visibly upset. Also some people just left because of these ridiculous women. I ended up using some of the smaller machines and one of them malfunctioned and would not end the cycle so I couldn't get it open to get my clothes out. No one was there so I called the phone number posted at the business, no one answered. I left a message and never got a return call. After 30 additional minutes the machine finally unlocked and my clothes were soaking wet because it never did the spin cycle. So it took longer than it should have and more money to dry them. Very annoying experience.

Well, from my experience on quite a few occasions, they only have maybe 10 big washers that wash…read moremore than a few loads at one time. The rest of the washers are one loaders. Here's the downside, all the them only wash in warm or cold water. If you want to use hot water then you have to pay .50 cents more to wash in hot water. Keep in mind that the dryers start off on medium heat, so if you don't realize it then you'll find yourself sticking more quarters in for more dry time. DONT FORGET to hit the high heat button before pushing the START BUTTON! There's no public restroom and the attendant is there but for what I have no clue because they are of no help!!!!

I feel like it should be an easy problem to fix. If two different people both call and say I am missing clothes, it should be that hard to return them to the rightful owner. Wash House CLE has made no attempt to pick up these other clothes. I have tried to return them, but I refuse to drive them there myself. This also makes me believe they are not doing much to find my missing clothes. I will not risk anymore of my clothes with their "convenient service".

People who complain about any newer machines are clueless. Machines are the same capacity of the old ones. If they think it cost more to operate the machine, they need to remember that they aren't the ones paying out $30-$40,000 for new equipment. Ever talk to the owners?? They aren't millionaires. I can relate. I laugh at some of the reviews on here. People throw a fit when they claim a machine isn't working properly but then use it again anyways, or don't check the inside of a machine to verify that somebody else hasn't left anything inside that would harm their own clothes. Be adults, people!
