I had Annie's Embroidery embroider a handful of shirts 2 times with an attempt to the 3rd time. The…read more1st time I don't recall any issues. However, the 2nd time I tried to have nice $25 sweatshirts embroidered just to find out they were ruined because the lady used the wrong colors. She was so 'kind' to replace them with cheap HANES sweatshirt and didn't charge me. I figured I'd give them another chance for the 3rd time and have a few more shirts done. About 3+ weeks go just to find out they weren't done yet. The lady said she'd get them done by the end of week. The following Tuesday I went to pick up my shirts but found they still weren't done! I decided to just take my shirts back and go elsewhere. There is no reason why you can't fulfill 5 LOUSY shirts in a 3 week/pushing 4 week period. I got the feeling small customers are not valued and are put on the back burner. The positive experience rate is 33% after 3 visits which is an "F". Also, they don't even answer the phone with 'Annies Embroidery', just a Hello? This throws me off because it seems like I called the wrong #. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

To go with the planty theme, I had the crazy idea of wearing a two piece wedding dress with custom embroidery pieces of my cats & plants on the top. SUPER special thanks to Lexi Ke for bringing my vision to life. I gave New Era Cleaning & Tailoring my dress, patches, & great grandmothers coat 2 weeks before the wedding. The skirt needed hemmed, waist needed taken in, top needed to be fitted to my measurements, & the patches needed to be hand-stitched onto the top.... Somehow, someway they were able to get it finished in time! SOOOOO thankful for their customer service & for the hard work the employees do! Literally, I don't know what I would have done without y'all!
