I noticed water temp was warm (I learned temp defaults to temp used by last customer) and I wanted cold water, so I push the stop button. The machine then was flashing and not allowing me to continue. Employee advised I wait for machine to reset. That didn't work so employee turned off the power to machine and we all know that means the washer isn't going to allow me to wash without putting another $10.50 in it. This is what I'm mad about, the employee could have taken $10.50 out of the bucket of quarters she had or taken quarters out of machine that I had just put $10.50 in and allow me to wash my comforter. She told me repeatedly that I had to put another $10.50 in the machine. I paid for a wash, and I did not get one. My comforter was completely dry when I removed it so it's not like the washing process had started. What business has you pay for something and not give you what you paid for? I won't be back.

One of the women had gone to some of the machines and put a single item of clothing in it to indicate she was "saving" these so no one else could use them. Several people came in after me and were visibly upset. Also some people just left because of these ridiculous women. I ended up using some of the smaller machines and one of them malfunctioned and would not end the cycle so I couldn't get it open to get my clothes out. No one was there so I called the phone number posted at the business, no one answered. I left a message and never got a return call. After 30 additional minutes the machine finally unlocked and my clothes were soaking wet because it never did the spin cycle. So it took longer than it should have and more money to dry them. Very annoying experience.
