I was a little disappointed in the turn around--10 days after putting in our gallery wrap order, they still hadn't started on it. But they redeemed themselves by finishing it that very afternoon. So overall it was a good experience.

I could tell she didn't want to cut my fabric. I seriously thought that at any moment she was going to just have a break down. I needed the cups replaced and the zipper redone so she could bring the skirt up and make the waist smaller. I wish I could remember the sweet older lady's name who helped me but it's been a hot minute. Overall the ambiance of their little boutique was warm and welcoming, they did an amazing job with the alterations and I honestly couldn't tell work had been done on the dress aside from it magically fitting like a glove afterwards.
