I go back by 4:30PM, then wait for 20 minutes because she states they are still not ready. She literally iron my clothes in front of me. Then she says my winter jacket is not ready and says " you don't need winter jacket. Just come back later" What kind of response is this? First of all, no one takes this long to do dry cleaning. Second of all, she was rude to say stuff like "oh you don't need it now" I told her for the cloth that is not ready, just give me a refund. She says "it is ready, but not dried." She ended up giving $5 back unwillingly for $20 that I paid for my winter jacket. Sorry to say to but i will never come back here and do not recommend.

My mother tried everyone there, but it was bridal season and everyone was swamped. I was so doubtful of things working out that I bought a back up dress. My mother and I had almost given up, when she made her final hail mary and contacted I Do Bride. The owner was busy too, but she miraculously made time to get my dress done. I was greeted immediately and warmly by the girl working at the front of the store even though she was busy dressing a mannequin. The clerk attending me was so nice, she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. The store and selection was smaller than other chain and even other boutiques, but they still have the fits and styles I was looking for. The fitting room was private and nicely appointed. The service was exceptional. The dresses were lovely and surprisingly priced. I tried on a 400 dress that was fantastic and a 4000 dollar dress that was beyond. This is an amazing store, with fantastic dresses, quality over quantity for sure.
