    I have used this UPS Store many times and the service is always wonderful. There is usually not a very long line!

    Needed to return a battery snow shovel to Walmart.com. Had item labeled and ready. Take it to this…read moreclown show. They take 20 mins to decide yes they can take it. Then they call me an hour later and say they can't take it so I MUST come pick the item back up and take it to their other site by CAK. Yea so, excuse me but who is the logistics company and who is the customer? Let's ask the customer to move product around, which is their job. As far as I am concerned, once you accept the package, you need to figure out how it get's where it needs to go. You don't say oh hey customer can you help us out and come waste your gas, and more importantly time running this package to OUR facility. Sure let me get right on that for you when God knows you have trucks going past Belden EVERY SINGLE DAY. Makes total sense if you want to lose any hope of future business from me and have this put out to the public so others are aware of the poor customer service. It looks like the package hasn't moved in 4 days from here so I guess I will have to do their job and move the package yet again. Well, god willing it's the last time I ever have to deal with Fedex.

    The manager woman was miserable! I got there one minute late, already had my shipping label on the…read morepackage and she wouldn't scan it so I could drop it in the box. I was in line for five minutes and no one was there to empty the box. All she had to do is scan it. Teal nice customer service there!

    As a senior, I appreciate FedEx's old motto:…read more "When it absolutely, positively, has to be somewhere nearby overnight." Our most recent FedEx experience fit the bill perfectly. Tracking indicated the package was on its way. A day before it was even due, an update to say it was delivered. Great! Only I didn't see it. I went outside to look, and there it was, dropped in our driveway at the bottom of a flight of steps leading to the front door. Ripe for the package pirates, so I had to get it. The only problem was that it weighed 80 pounds, had an awkward shape and I'm old. So thanks. The driver could have carried it up the stairs. I assume he has a good hand truck and/or is younger and stronger than I am. He could have gone a bit further up the driveway (we live on a hill) and put it by the side door at the mailbox a flight higher like everyone else. No. He took the lazy route and left it at the bottom of the driveway. Even took a picture of his "work" because they use that for proof of delivery these days. But that was an improvement compared to our last FedEx experience. That time, we got the delivery notice and found two boxes at the front door addressed to a business somewhere nearby. So we called the delivery problems number, went through the menus and the "all agents are busy" rigamarole and then, finally, a menu for a callback hours later. Which they did, then it was back into the queue for another half-hour. Finally, a human answers the phone. Instead of immediately arranging for pickup of the misdelivered packages and a search for ours, all the agent did was tell us to contact the seller and have him send a replacement. Oh, and we could drive to the nearest FedEx dropoff and leave the misdelivered packages. Fortunately, the business to which our package was delivered went through the same pain, and the owner took it upon himself to go to our home and leave our package. He left a nice note. As it turns out, we had his packages, so we delivered them to his place of business. FedEx, of course, never followed up on our call. This is a rotten business and I will always choose another delivery company if I can.
